Hello :)

I’ve been thinking of writing a blog post for quite a while now. But I was either too busy reading fanfics or writing them. Plus, I had no idea if anyone would even read this. Maybe you still won’t but I just wanted to get a little more acquainted with my friends here. And the other way round. I’m basically a very amicable person. So, it wouldn’t be too hard :D

This post is to rejoice my one splendid year on AsianFanfics. I joined on October 7, 2015 and I’ve read so many amazing stories by such prodigious writers that I can say, without a doubt, that this has been one of the best years of my life. Bless that moment when I was randomly surfing the internet for something positively mundane and stumbled upon this magnificent website. It has given me so much hope, love and happiness that I feel immensely gratified to the creators of AFF, as well as you wonderful writers and my precious readers for being so awesome. Here’s a big hug for you ^-^

Honestly, I never imagined writing to be so much fun. Sure, I’ve always enjoyed writing. But the joy you get when people read your words and feel your emotions, that’s… out of this world. Some feelings just cannot be conveyed through words. And I have felt that feeling through AFF. I am so very grateful for that. Even when life shoots grim circumstances towards you, this is one place which always welcomes you with open arms and brings that pretty smile back on your face. Writing gives a kind of pleasure that is indescribable. It is like a safe haven. Sadly, not everyone understands this. Well, screw them! We have each other, don’t we? ;)

I’m hoping you didn’t fall asleep halfway through this post or skipped it to return to your homepage, but I admit it’s very much possible. It’s tiring to go through a not so exciting rave when it’s not about BTS or SHINee or EXO or whatever band you stan. But if you’ve made it till here, then I love you :* And my readers! Even if you don’t read this, I will still love you with all my heart for being such beautiful souls. You will be blessed ^-^
