I joined aff after I read one seriously good fanfic and wanted to leave the writer a comment and cheer her or him on. That was several years back. Now, I miss the writers. Those writers who write. They write original stories, some crazy utterly unbelievable but original works. Now all I see are some horribly edited version of published works passed as "adaptations". Where have all the writers gone?
