PERSONALITY:

Her personality is very similar to that of her fathers, making her feel like she is almost the father of the group. Just like a father, she is very caring towards the other members, she worries constantly if one of them seem a little off and is very protective of them if anything happens to them. She likes to consider herslef dependable the members like to depend on her if they have any problems and she does not mind at all. In times of panic or arguments she is very calm and stoetic towards the situation and tries to do her best to solve it before it gets any worse. When it comes to her job as a leader/idol, she is very passionat and hardworking. She will often sstay back at the studio if she feels that she needs to practice more, or there's room for improvement. All in all, she things these traits make her a good leader.

She is often seen as boyish by some people with her tough and sarcastic ways. But even though she is boyish, she is also ver formal and soft. She believe it is right to be formal towards your seniors and just anyone really.

As always, there is a negitive side to Elisa. She believes that it is good to be protective, but often times that protectiveness can change to over protectiveness towards her members and loved ones. She can come off as very straight-forward and blant to the other members. Often just speaking what is on her mind sometimes even becoming abrasive. When this happens, she tries to apologise right away, but her stubbornes often gets in the way of that. When she feels she is in the right, she often becomes very stubborn, cold and fiery towards anyone who tries to tell her different. She is often very stuck in her own ways.

BACKGROUND: 

Elisa Eunbyul Chu was born on January 1st, 1995 in Milan, Italy to two Korean parents. Since her family had no intention of leaving Italy any time soon, her parents decided to give her an Italian name as well as a Korean name. Elisa does not remember much from the start of her childhood, but what she does remember are memories that make her warm and fuzzy when she thinks about them. She remembers living near Parco Sempione (a park in the middle of Milan) and visiting it and it's castle with her mother and father. When it came time for Elisa to enter into kindergarden, she really enjoyed it. She was never really bullied by anyone or teased. She did her best to get along with everyone. As she got older, this continued to be the case. All in all, Elisa loved growing up in Italy and she could not wish for a better place to have grown up.

When Elisa was ten, her family made the move to Korea to be close to family and to take in Elisa's cousin/god sister, Chu Minjae after the death of her mother. At the time, Elisa's god sister was the same age as her and even though they had grown up in two different worlds, the two got along swimmingly. Elisa helped support Minjae through the hard times she was going through, often clinging to her side to make sure she was okay. As the continued living together, when Elisa was about twelve, Minjae started to introduce Elisa to the world of idol groups. Elisa instantly because attached to the idea of standing on stage as a part of an idol group. Along with Minjae, they two started to attend vocal and dance lessions. The two would often learn dances from idol groups with their friends and perform them at school and community talent shows.

When 2010 rolled around, Elisa had decided that she really wanted to become an idol. She had been asking her parents for months to let her audition and finally, they said yes. Elisa was over the moon. She went around auditioning for all the companies she could. She would do anything to make her dream a reality. Finally, one day she got notified that she was accepted into Asia Bridge. With the blessing of her parents and support of her cousin, she accepted and began her liike as a trainee in 2010 at the age of fifteen.

TRIVIA:

✩ Elisa loves coffee, she can't live without it.
✩ She has an obsession with Bibimbap ever since she moved to korean at age ten.
✩ She loves snowy weather and how it reminds her of her childhood when she was growing up in Italy.
✩ Elisa loves to sleep. She can sleep almost everywhere and anywhere.
✩ Whenever Elisa sees something cute, she must buy it. She loves cute things and just can't help it.
✩ She has an unhealthy relationship with Kimchi and will eat it with everything.
✩ She dislikes birds. She isn't sure why, but they just scare her.
✩ She can't stand hot weather. When it's hot, she will often get headaches and stay in bed all day (if she can).
✩ She really dislikes sweet things. She loves how they look but she just can't being herself to like them.
✩ She dislikes tofu. She dosen't understand why it is a thing.
✩ She can't stand a messy dorm, so if it is a mess she will often annoy the members to clean it with her.
✩ She loves to read and will often read before she goes to sleep... unless she's too tired that is.
✩ She is known as the dorm's seamstress and can fix almost anything to do with clothes.
✩ When she isn't really thinking, sometimes she will begin to talk Italian and will only notice if one of the members or someone points it out to her.
✩ She will often cling to the members before performances if she is anxious.
✩ She has a habbit of digging her nails into her palms when she is nervous.
✩ Whenever she sleeps at night, she hugs a pillow.
✩ She was born and raised in Italy.
✩ She contacts her cousin Minjae as much as she can.
✩ She is a huge fan of Oh My Girl.
✩ She is scared of butterflies and moths but isn't afraid of spiders or other bugs.
✩ She is good at cooking Italian dishes.
 

RELATIONSHIPS:

Growing up as an only child, Elisa was very close with her family. She is thankful to have the mother and father that she has and would not trade them for anything.

✩ Cousin - Chu Minjae (21) / University student / Goofy, Sweet, Clingy / Very close
Minjae and Elisa are more like sisters than cousins. The two will often contact eachother a lot, even if it's just to tell eachother something silly. Elisa feels thankful for Minjae because if it wasn't for her, there is no way Elisa would be where she was today.

✩ Close friend - Kang Aeyoung (18) / Member of Berry Good / ?? / Close
As the other original member of Berry Good it is oly natural that these two are close. Elisa loves to think of Aeyoung as her little sister and can sometimes get too protective of her. But all in all, she is happy to have the younger girl by her side as a part of Berry good.
