Like the title says, this is the 1st digital drawing I've made.

This drawing took me almost four hours but I think it was worth it! The background was too empty so I made my own which was crap. If you guys didn't know, I'm an artist too. You guys can view my other drawings here and try to guess who I drew, lol. (Please do not steal. It took me hard work and efforts to finish a proper drawing!)

And yes, my drawing of Jackson was traced. Since this is my first digital drawing, I decided to start off with tracing first before advancing to original (no tracing). I used to do traditional drawing but now I'm starting to think of doing digital now and may actually continue digital and leave traditional behind; I'm not sure.

This experience was really hard since my tablet was kind of small. (I have a Wacom CTL-480 if you guys are wondering.) The controls of the pen and the drawing program I used (which is called ArtRage and given to me free with a license. It came with the packaging) was really confusing. Since I have tried drawing digital when I first got my tablet, and failed miserably, I could start to remember what did what. And as I continued drawing, I started to get the gist of it. I'm still a noob but I think I understand how to properly use a tablet now since I always use it to play osu, lol. I do have a problem with blending colors and doing layers though. I don't know how to do the skin, shade properly, and do the hair. Since this is my first digital drawing, I think I'll start to get through it once I keep continuing with digital.
