The meticulous and clean girl since young, always show great attention in every detail - very careful and precise. Her cleanliness often wrongly mistook as someone who extremely neat freak that suffer mysophobia just cause she gets very annoyed easily when details not complete or a room get messy; FYI, with just a piece of paper drop on the floor can cause the whole dorm shaky with her nagging. She happen to be narcissistic person who always hogged the mirror every morning and compliment herself to other people about her being heavenly gorgeous since she was born. Despite that thought of her, nobody could actually believe that she's a smartass kid, opps, I mean intelligent! she's been a top scorer kids since young cause her bestfriend aren't human, it's always the damn encyclopedia she brought around since she got it in her 9th grade. Cut short story, she love reading books which equivalent to being studious and thats why she never failed to not made her parents proud of her. She can be a too, a complacent who tend to be proud over little praise she gets from higher up and when somebody else gets scold she will be smugging in the corner especially if the person that did the scolding would mentioned her name just like why can't you be like nami? She rarely smile, she's the type who won't smile for nothing that she easily get labels as aloof and with her being blunt in a way although there's good and bad it didn't help her get the innocent image even prior to debut. So what, she's like that, just know that she wasn't casted into SM not just because of her looks, she's well rounded person, who willing to learn something in shortest time. she's born musically inclined as she got the genes from both her parents - though she's bad in reading music score, she's good in playing all kind of instrument just by listening to the first part and she can follow up. Not to forget she's pretty good in rapping too and obviously amazing in dancing since it's her forte compare to others, the reason where she got her stage name. Unaware to others apart from her closest one... she's actually have that sweet and caring side which she put others first before her hidden beneath her all the time and only the lucky ones get to see that side though. 

 

 

Born on November 17th, 1993 in Kobe, Japan into IM Family Tree exactly at 0000hrs. She's the youngest in her family and she have twin older brothers, Im Hyoshin and Im Hyosung before her. She was born into a family of talents where her dad is a composer under SMENT whom previously with Avex Trax while her mum, a Choir Teacher and both her twin brothers are dance instructor who now owns dance studios in Seoul, Tokyo and even Kobe. Her family eventually moved to Korea in late 2007 when her dad took the offer given by an old friend whose turned out to be the founder of SMENT, Lee Soo Man to be the composer under SMENT after his contract with Avex Trax ended.

 

Seeing that she was only 15 at that time, She was enrolled into Hyundai High School where she happen to meet, Park Chanyeol as her one year older schoolmate turned best friend after one incident before both joined SM one after another. The same exact year, she joined SM after she was casted outside her school on her first week of summer school she enrolled to. It actually took her weeks to finally go for the audition and not wanting to be given special treament, she doesn't mention her dad existence as a composer in the company or that she knew Lee Soo Man personally until she make it through on her own. After training for almost 8 years, she's practically was known as Triple Threat and good in all 3 aspect for a trainee, she's more known as dance based triple threat due to her 15 years skills in ballet she gained back in Japan.
