one step closer to you — Jiyeon is just like a next door girl type.She is bubbly,happy and easy going girl.well,what do you expect from a growing up girl?It's not hard to ask Jiyeon to play with someone.She would gladly spending her times with something new cause she know that we only live once (#yolo) so,she need to do everything at this young age. Jiyeon also enjoys talking and befriend with everyone.however,her defination of friend is just someone she knows.meaning that she doesn't really looking for a real friends.She hardly trust people but once she does,she becomes loyal and willing to do anything for that person.She also tends to do anything positively.so,she can't give up easily.Gladly she has a lot passion and patience and helping her become more and more optimistic.And because of that,she grow to love doing new things.And so,she become a independant girl.Also,as the maknae there,she would love to show her matured side sometimes.

BACKGROUND :　
the begining of everything —  Kim Jiyeon was born on 22 october 2000 in Seoul,South Korea.she have an older brother and an older sister.She's the maknae and always recieve loves from her family.Her family is an average one living in a village.she once praised for her beautiful face.when she's young she was beautiful and cute.many people cherished her for that.Saying that she would be sucsessful with that face.And yes she did with her natural face plus her good personality.She also grow up with her brother and sister as her parents are so damn busy.When she was born,the business just getting crazy and everything need to be checked all the time and so,they has no time to look at Jiyeon.Gladly when she was born,her older siblings are all grown up at least.

a step before anything — Since she enter the primary school,she had join the school's singing compettition and all since she grew up hearing songs from her brother's and sister's playlist.She just have the confidence standing on a stage and then she discover that she can sing [at least better than others lol] when other teachers and her friends compliment her singing skill.And in her elmantry school,there is a music club and she happen to join it.And she knows that she has the talent in singing.And so,she focus more in her talent and keep on going in competition held by the school rather than her study.She is not that good with it honestly.In every exam or test,she's barely gets an 'A' so she lose hopes a bit in study and focus more insinging.Her family didn't really against Jiyeon's hobby.She even said that she does singing as a hobby and yeah,the entire family doesn't have any problems with it.

welcome to the new world — in 2013 where Kpop Star is popular,and she gain her courage to join it as her music teachers and her freinds supporting her to be on that show.At first,she just jokingly said that she want to appear on it but it turn out to be true.But it is not easy at all.There are many other contestant that million times talented than her.But luck seems with her that time and at last,she was in the Top 10 , eliminated on episode 16 and then signed with JYP in 2014.

TRAINEE LIFE :
it's a lot harder that what she thinks — At first,when she's first entering the company,it feels kinda weird [not too weird excatly as she used to practise in Kpop Star's studion etc.] as she never really went to a dance acedemy or studio before to practise.She simply use her house second living room as it's kinda wide and has a big mirror.but now,the practise room is so big.But she's sort of an adaptable girl,so she adapt to the situation.also being a somewhat easy going and bubbly,she approach people first as she's new there and then talk to them.asking this and that.well,trying to make someone comfortable with her.since Jiyeon's dancing is not that good,she often get scolded because she can't follow the movements.she's upset but she still do this as she want to achieve her goal.Soon after she can dance correctly and learned many things.

it's a lot better now — Her trainee life is not as easy as she thought.She need to pass all different stages in order to debut.The most difficult is the rigorous training part.the trainees undergo intense training in singing, dance, acting, language and more while competing with each other for the spotlight. Only a small percentage will pass so Jiyeon always be stressd as they are plenty of trainee there.Everyone need to do their best in order to acheive what they want to be.Thank god,she can endure it as she got the passion and not gonna wasting her talent this time.And last,she get to shine.

"Everyone has a dream and I also have it.I never really thought of being an idol but as I grow up,it seems like something I would really want to do.Gathering all of my passions in order to be an idol,I'm happy with what I have right now.",she nod a little with a big smile on her face.

Which sub-group do you want to be a part of, and why? : 

▸ She looks up and down,thinking what would suit her the most and then she is ready to answer the question. "Carousel I guess? Because it's focus more in singing(?) and I think it suits my age more than Bullseye.The concept also has the youth vibe and just perfect with my age.Plus the name sound friendlier,right?" A laughter escaped from her.Hands up covering to look more elgant and girlish.

What idol do you think you compare to? : 

▸Her eyes bigger upon hearing the question,shock is written all over her face. "Pardon..?Are you serious?Nah,I'm not that good compare with other sunbaes but I'll make sure that I will work hard in order to make the fans proud of me.Please expect it~!" . She managed to end the question with a set of aegyo.She then bit her lips a bit just for fun.

WHAT IDOL IS YOUR INSPIRATION? : 

▸ "There's a lot of sunbae's that I look up especially the JYP family.They are very good to me and they can show their charms perfectly on the stage till make me envy them.In needs skill you know.And so,they inspire me to look better than before especially on the stage where I represent our hard work!" She end her sentence with a really wide smile till her eyes changed into a eyesmile that everyone adores
