PERSONALITY :　

     Han Hyeoyong is angelic leader of ROYAL. Everyone, even strangers, can't go into the same room as Hyeoyong without a little bit of his overflowing love coming their way. Hugs, kisses, affectionate pats on the , you name it Hyeoyong will most likely have done it to all of the members Saseum Entertainment and his other friends at least once in the span of knowing each other. He is very creative and like to compose himself, coming up with small raps and songs that he has yet to show to the world. Hyeoyong doesn't want his music to be something that gets "examed under a microscope and picked apart" as his work is a reflection of his feelings and his life. He hates the thought of his emotions and feelings becoming manufactured. Hyeoyong prefers to keep things light and fun, despite being one of the older ones and the leader Hyeoyong doesn't feel he doesn't need to super uptight and likes to play and joke around with everyone else.

       A worry goes out to anyone trying to befriend the "angel". Hyeoyong is often called out to be a devil in disguise. As well as the caring and lovely leader of ROYAL, Han Hyeoyong is also the devious prankster, they're all harmless enough to not hurt anyone just enough to get their attention and let them laugh. For the most part that is... Mess with his hot-temper (which can easily be done by offending him, family, friends, or testing his trust. He can be especially delicate when it comes to someone touching his computer). You face the wrath of the devil, what he will do to you shouldn't even be considered pranks. At times (very rare hopefully), Hyeoyong will stop his games and tricks and go straight for a punch to the face. This can also happen if he gets jealous, which happens especially easily with members of ROYAL. When someone gets too close to them and it's not him he can grow super attached, not wanting to leave the person alone.
 

BACKGROUND :　

Once upon a....

       There was a little boy name Han Hyeoyong. He lived in quiet, peaceful town of Tongyeong. Hyeoyong's parents owned a five-star hotel called Vizeta. As hotel kid, he lived in the rooftop housing, but always spent more time downstairs in the dining hall kitchen with the waiting staff and chieves. Occassionally, Hyeoyong will go to the pool and hang out with the other kids. This is when he started his attachment issues, as kids he became attached too would then leave a week or two later. His attachment issues especially grew in 7th grade after a girl from Japan stayed in the hotel for a whole three months while her family's new house was being built and at the same time her father could do business with the Korean branch of his company. Over the course a three months he had grown a huge crush on her, she even taught him how to rap. 

       Hyeoyong was so sad that he refused to talk to any of the kids. Only staying in the kitchen, doing schoolwork and eating. Due to this Hyeoyong started to gain alot of weight, and was overweight for all of middle school. When he started high school, he was determined to start a new phase of his life. He started going to the hotel gym with one of the trainers as well as dancing classes with the zumba teachers. With his strict diet and constant dancing and working out, Hyeoyong managed to go to a healthy weight. Throughout this whole period, Hyeoyong kept rapping, eventually he even grew inspired enough and started to write. With the help of the musicians he could start writing little pieces with the little knowledge he learned of all the musicians instruments, piano, guitar, violin, flute.

       Second year was when Hyeoyong was inspired to become an idol. His point of interest had been seeing how all the idols went to Japan a lot and learned Japanese. Instantly, his mind went back to the Japanese girl from 7th grade. A dream of seeing her again came to his mind and he became determined to become an idol. At the time he auditioned, Sugar&Spice had just debuted and were one of the lastest talks those days.

FOUR — Sometimes has a hard time going to resturants because he's scared of over eating, is also uncomfortable eating on camera.
FIVE — When asked about his dream he simply replied, "World domination."
SIX — Gets inspiration for pranks from YouTube channels but mellows them down because he feels they could do actual harm.
SEVEN — Is the first one usually to wake up by a large amount. By the time the second member wakes up Hyeoyong would have already gone out for a jog, showered, dressed, cleaned his room and be making breakfast.
EIGHT — Always gets teary when watching dramas or movies.
NINE — Always uses "I'm chopping onions." as an excuse for crying.
TEN — An extreme adrenaline junkie. Usually one of the very hyper ones at amusement parks or after performances.
ELEVEN — Wishes to have a beautiful wife, three kids (two boys, one girl) and nine hamsters.
TWELVE — Hides a box under his bed full of cookies, candies and other snacks for when he gets stressed out and locks himself up.
THIRTEEN — When asked about his opion of his dancing skills he says, "I'm 193cm! I dont' know how to fit my limbs into bed!"
FOURTEEN — Doesn't like his height, expressing his frustration when he has to bend to down to listen to people.
FIFTEEN — Was actually really short up until he was 17, he had had a sudden growth spurt and grew super tall.
SIXTEEN — Is really good at basketball, but prefers foosball.
SEVENTEEN — He can't use a mic stand as they usually don't reach high enough.
EIGHTEEN — On a dare, Hyeoyong wore heel lifts that brought him up to 197cm. It was the worse day ever.
NINETEEN — Sometimes wishes to drink tea and listen to music alone
TWENTY — Once, Teentop's Ricky (or Taeyong, depending on who you go with) met him in the bathroom. He had only said something about an inverted mirror before quickly leaving.

Yuri is one of the only people who had actually met the mysterious girl that Hyeoyong constantly mopes about. She gets really excited when he calls, thinking he finally found her. Yuri hopes the girl is just as perfect Hyeoyong describes and hopes they meet again.

There's only one person that can out prank Han Hyeoyong and that's the master himself, Han Taeil. Hyeoyong looks up to his father greatly in just about every aspect of life. He always calls him in need of advice when leading ROYAL.
 

▸ Best Friend — Park Taeryung (26) / Junior Sous Chef / The Puppy: He tries to look tough sometimes but really he just wants love and attention / close

Despite the the two have always gotten along very well. Taeryung has known Hyeoyong since he was thirteen. Taeryung was eighteen and a new student in culinary school. Hoping for the job as Executive chef, Taeryung had started out as a mer porter. The two prefer to hang out in a surprisingly lazy style, simply sharing a few drinks and talking. 
 

▸ Close Friend — Kim Eunjung (23) / Leader of SUGAR/ Trustworth, patient, calm / close

As a fellow leader Eunjung and Hyeoyong compliment each other similar to how Eunjung and Aeli do. While he's more on the wild and playful side, she very calm and level-headed. Since she's a leader he likes to come to her for advice when it comes to leading ROYAL.

Hyeoyong likes to bring his hyung along on all his little pranks and games on members of Sasaum Entertainment. The two have fun going out and shopping for supplies together, setting up and watching the fun unfold. Plus, Hyeoyong knows how to handle the guy's bluntness.

The man scares Hyeoyong a little, like the rest he learned just to go with the hand gestures and follow what Gyu says. That won't stop him from making puns with his name like everyone else. (Thank Gyuness, he's gone... He's right behind me isn't he?")

The fan girls call them Hansar. Despite both being older members of the group, the two have proven to both to act too young to be part of the hyung line. Hyeoyong mentions that he likes Seojun because he actually listens to him. Like all the other member, Hyeoyong likes to wrap Seojun up in his lovey ways. His pranks on Seojun are much more passive than other members because Hyeoyong knows he's sensitive.

TRAINING :　

Saseum was the first company Hyeoyong auditioned for, he was much too imtimidated for one of the big three but Saseum had built itself a strong reputation as well Hyeoyong was still a bit nervous. As a trainee, he wanted to be able to get along with everyone and have fun but still work hard and write music. He only let them in on his pranking ways once he knew they were comfortable enough with him. No one knew that he also like to compose music, a few fellow trainees got to see the more devil side of him when they tried to touch his computer.

▸ 09/25/16 (Or sometime after they debut): Hyeoyong is said to be suffering from a eating disorder after the revelation that he was overweight for a period of his childhood as well as in any videos of ROYAL eating Hyeoyong is seen to not be enjoying his food as much, instead passing it on to other members or shifting around on the plate. He admits that thoughts of his weight do often occur that haven't stopped him from enjoying his love of food. (True, but he started trying to stop when Gyu found out right after debut)

▸ (Sometime after any promos in Japan): (False) Is Hyeoyong planning to leave ROYAL for a solo career? Recently a full album of 9 songs has been leaked out into the internet. Netizens all speculate that this was his composition for the album and was planning to release it after he left the company. Hyeoyong, as well as other members of ROYAL, are all quick to deny all accusation. Hyeoyong confesses to writing music in his free time but he has never had any plans of releasing them to the public. When asked how they music was leaked, Hyeoyong had no comment. (See love interest section)

"There is definitely a lot of pressure, but I know that the members of ROYAL have what it takes to succed their namesake so I feel fine."

▸ "Hm..." He thinks for a second. "I'd think it's my ability to take care of others." Hyeoyong has a small, but proud, smile on his face. "I grew up in a hotel. For my whole life I've been watching my family and friends take care of others so I know I'm as capable as they are."
