Synopsis: Jeon Jungkook is an exceptional ER surgeon who takes after his father, the famous cardiovascular surgeon Dr. Jeon. Kim Taehyung is a third-year ER resident who has transferred to Yongsang Hospital under Jungkook’s supervision. At first, Taehyung seemed like any other burden, but this changes when a sudden 6.7-magnitude earthquake rocks Seoul, devastating and paralyzing the entire city. Together, Jungkook and Taehyung must work to save victims of the disaster alongside their companions, ER Surgeon Min Yoongi, General Surgeon Park Jimin, Nurse Kim Seokjin, and Rescue Firefighters Kim Namjoon and Jung Hoseok.
