j.y.k + since her name is jinyoung, her friends often referred her to j.y.p and replaced the 'park' with 'kwon' so it would turn to j.y.k.
jinsaster + made by her little sister, who was all about fashion, it is a mixture of jinyoung's name and disaster in english as jinyoung was deemed as a fashion disaster.

jinyoung was born in itaewon, seoul in 1989. she was an only child and grew happily with her parents. however, her parents were not having the same case. her mother cheated on her father and soon grown pregnant. jinyoung's father heard of this and filed a divorce once the pregnancy was confirmed. jinyoung was soon left with her pregnant mother and her lover. this all happened before jinyoung had her sixth birthday ( korean age ).
jinyoung really didn't like her new father, he was stuck up and vain but she didn't want to interfere with her mother's relationship so she ignored him at all costs. when her new sibling was born a few months later, jinyoung would often play with her.
her parents got married when jinyoung turned twelve and surprisingly her parents had no fights during the duration of the previous divorce of her mother's marriage to the new marriage taken place then. jinyoung stopped ignoring her step-father after he had a change in personality after the marriage.
she always had average marks in school, not too bad and not too great. jinyoung graduated high school with an average mark and doesn't attend university. jinyoung worked as a store clerk in cotton on; which explains where she gets all the clothes from and decided to join the trainee bandwagon in 2012. jinyoung auditioned for ynb entertainment with a freestyle dance and passed, despite the moves not being well put together.

   moon doyeon is one of jinyoung's closest friends since she had been chosen for the narimo project. doyeon is a 99' liner and is part of the project as well. jinyoung was first skeptical of doyeon but soon overcame that and easily became friends. doyeon is the first person that she goes to despite the massive and she loves to play with doyeon's hair.
   kwon jaehee, a 94' liner and jinyoung's younger step sister. from a young age, jaehee had always followed jinyoung around and had wanted to become like her sister. jaehee is a university student studying in the field of engineering, which is unusual for her cute appearance. they regularly call each other every day. this girl knows all of the latest fashion trends and keeps up to them.

BACK-UP POSITION main rapper, lead vocalist, lead dancer • vocal based TRAINEE HISTORY jinyoung joined ynb entertainment in 2012 and has remained there until she was chosen for the narimo project. she didn't have much trouble in ynb entertainment and had met many good people along the way.
she mostly trained on vocals, although auditioning for a dance position because jinyoung felt discouraged after seeing the other trainees' dance. she also felt like she didn't fit in when she did her parts in group activities and prefered to do parts with harmonies and adlibs.
whilst in the narimo project, she soon became friends with all the members and thought that every member had more talent and potential than she did. jinyoung often thought that she was the least talented since her lines whilst recording songs always seemed a bit off. UNNIE, WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND? jinyoung pauses as she hears this question. in truth, jinyoung always paused to see happy couples that often walk past and think to herself, 'why can't i be like that?' she knew the answer though, it was because she wasn't even attracted to a guy. jinyoung is scared of how the public would react if she comes out, because south korea is quite homophobic and if word gets out, it would be imprinted on her for life as more of an embarrassment by others.

OUTSIDE LILIUM'S DORM AND 5:53PM
jinyoung stares as the camera lens as she stands awkardly and with a depressed expression, "well the members forgot my birthday... it's been a few hours since i left the dorm for some event and they haven't called or texted me a happy birthday..."
"i guess it can't be helped," jinyoung sighed and opened the door to the dorms with her free hand, "no one's home either. i thought that the other members didn't have anything to do today?"
as she closed the door and took her shoes off, the lights suddenly turning on and screams of happy birthday filled the room. jinyoung screamed in shock and tossed the camera by accident.
FEBRUARY 24TH, 2015
BHC CHICKEN AND 12:10PM
"they are forcing me to buy food," jinyoung sighed and the camera then focussed to the members eating the fried chicken, "since i'm vegetarian, i can't eat and so i'm just drinking some water."
she pointed the camera at herself, "it's unhealthy to be eating greasy and fat foods."
you could hear the other members whine at jinyoung's mini scolding and then more crunching from the chicken. jinyoung sighed once more.
"do you want me to buy you a salad instead," a muffled voice came from the background and jinyoung visibly cringed.
"there are only chicken salads!"
DECEMBER 31ST, 2015
SOKCHO BEACH AND 11:50PM
the camera's flash option was in full motion as jinyoung captured the member's playfulness on the beach as they waited for the fireworkds at midnight.
it was new years eve and truthfully, jinyoung didn't want the year to end. she laughed once again as the rest of the members began dancing again. doyeon noticed that jinyoung wasn't with them, finally, and beckoned her over.
"jin unnie! hurry hurry! let's have fun, you grannie!"
the elder laughed and set the camera down where her bag was, to not get sand on it, and ran over to the members laughing and dancing together.

LILIUM'S DORM AND 2:07AM
with a banana stuffed in , jinyoung angles the camera so it could fit both herself and doyeon in the frame. doyeon frowned once she saw what she looked like through the camera screen thing.
"unnie forced me to watch sappy movies all night," doyeon placed the empty popcorn bag onto the floor and rested back on the couch. jinyoung grinned and looked to the camera, "it's not sappy. don't listen to her!"
"it's romeo and juliet. it's not even the new one with leonardo dicaprio. it's the 1968 version, please help me," doyeon ranted and jinyoung tried to cover , "there's a ! i repeat there's a ! no! her s are showing! is this !?"

COMMENTS & SUGGESTIONS so, okay, this app was pretty rushed and it was horrible and i opted out of the personality expansion because i'm horrible at that and i'm also sure im missing something.
SCENE REQUESTS they get their own onstyle show? maybe they'll merge that with their own mini web episodes? jinyoung attends king of mask as a singer.
