(February 27, 2011)

Okay......... my day has been HELL!!!!!!!!!!! >.<

 

To start out, I got woken up this morning at 9:30 (I've only had 5 hours of sleep) by my friend Destiny and was asked if I wanted to switch shifts and I work 11-7 and she work 3-close. I asked why and she said Chris, one of our co-workers, quit. So I call my boss and say yeah I'll work. So I sleep till like 10 and get up and get ready for work. I get there and some of the prep still isn't done. (I work at Subway, by the way.)

I ignore that and just help customers. And they keep coming in steadily ALL DAY!!!!!!! Not like a couple quick bursts, but ing steady all day!! I was left by myself on the line for about thirty minutes!!! Which I'm not so mad about because I told Susan, co-worker, to go sweep the floor because that all I asked her to do for her side work, cause I hate sweeping.  >.>

Well, Apple, co-worker, didn't pan up enough bread for us, so we had to make more bread. They were still making bread when I left at 8, an hour later than I was supposed to be there. >.<  Well Ms. Apple also didn't finish her dishes AND complained about having to finish the rest of the prep before she left which was JUST Teriyaki. 

Well, Apple clocked out very fast and ran out the door. Apparently she saw all the customers coming in and decided to leave. (That was when I was alone for half an hour.) 

Also, both toilets at work were stopped up. The men's had PAPER TOWELS in it!!!!!!!!! WTF?!?!?!

When Chris, came by to drop his store key off, (remember he quit) he was y the whole time. And on top of that his girlfriend, who works at another Subway, texted me and asked me to close for her at her store. -_-*

To top it all off, I got there at 11 and didn't get a break till 5. Freaking 5 PM!!!!!!!!!!!! I've only had 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 21 ounce mountain dews all day. Nothing else. I haven't had time to eat anything, so my hands have been shaking all day. It was freaking 75 degrees!!! So when I went outside to cool off, it was freaking HOT!!! >.<  So with the shaking hands, I've been dropping things left and right, luckily I didn't drop a sandwich all day. I've had rude customers most of the day. I somehow, scraped skin off two of my fingers and had a nosebleed at work. 

 

I know this all seems like small things, but it's been happening ALL DAYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >.< *stabs self in the temples*

 

So to try and make my day better, I'm going to spam you guys with some Taemin pics. Thank you for reading my rant. Sorry, I just needed to blow off some steam.

So I'll try to update again soon. Have to wait on my lovely beta, Kate to get some time to edit my chapters. Now time to go and find something to eat, take a shower, maybe write some and then crawl into bed.
