ELABORATION —

☂ if you visit this particular classroom, it should be just a normal and dull one but if you look carefully. on the left side of the middle section, you will see a girl looking down, hair drooping along the table, covering most her face. seeing no feet nor legs touching the ground, she looks like she is levitating over the classroom's dusty floor. on the first glance, people could mistaken her as a ghost but that's just jo jeongha meditating on her chair.

 

☂ throwing her significant usual tranquil gaze away, jeongha is not judgemental like how the others accused her of. in fact, she is the one of the most open-minded people in her class. you could say when someone did something wrong, she will always think the positive side. with the tendency to find logic, her mind will be occupied with 'what if's and habitually make plan b's for everything. jeongha is a person who never up to debates or fights but once she voice out her thoughts , there is no way she will back down. she never wins though since she's not coherent enough to actually go to the point. she is also quite playful sometimes. tends to do dorky things with her body and her friends are already very familiar with slapsticks. jeongha also will be the one who accepts any risks. what people may say, she is hella adventurous. you can call wake her up at 2am, challenges her to kill a werewolf which has high chances for her to lose an arm, and she would still say yes. if there were any events and you have a 'wow' plan but only can be done if you have a death wish, jeongha is the person you would want to refer. not that jeongha wants to die early but she claimed that she'd rather die young with experience than die old without stories to tell'.

 

☂ jeongha dislike people who are wishy washy and cannot make up their minds and is vocal about it. she makes it clear that she is irritated or dislikes someone but she will restraint herself hurting their feelings. she knows that  she never wants to live in a life kissing people's asses. she would be honest but polite at the same time and that's what her classmates admire about her. she might be awkward at first (ain't everyone?) but once she is attached to something, she will hold it very dearly and will not let them go easily, both towards objects and human being. regardless the rest, jeongha absolutely hates to be tangled with anything. call it responsibilities or romantic relationships, she will try to avoid them at best by simply being nonchalant about it. possibly why she is also quite notorious as being an insolent by her acquaintances. especially when the students tried to roast her only to have jeongha responds with a 'you know what, you're probably right'. her mother always mention that haeli's best integrity is her perseverance. she knows what she wants and she will do it and will master it, namely parkour (freerunning). after 4 years of experience, she had multiple bruises and scars on her body mainly on her knees and elbows from failing but she'd rather call it scratches of honor. would not call it a career because it is more of a hobby.

 

  

random student #1 : jeongha is a nice person. i was once in a group project with her. not gonna lie, i was scared at first like she looks scary from afar but heh jeongha's kinda silly, you know. like an uncle i've always wanted. fun to be with. her room didn't felt like an occult room at all! it does filled with candles but she said that she collects them as a hobby. i should stop listening to gossips, really. they're just a big fat lie.
 

science teacher : who? jeongha? oh! that brown-haired girl. she doesn't really participate in class that much. she does her homework just fine, her results are *looks at her profile* surprisingly good. she doesn't need much focus from us. i believe she can survive and she already has a platform to go up from, right? she's a sport student from what i've heard. she does parkour, i believe. so overall, she's a good student.
 

random student #2 : ew, that ing monk. i have nothing to say about her. she straight up annoys me so much. she's like the perfect potrayal of sugar queen, you have no idea. being all supportive and . ! stop being fake, please. you make me want to puke. why can't anyone see, she's a coward like once, she left me alone when we both got in trouble. the teacher didn't even think twice like i'm the only one who got detention. so ing unfair.

 

   

BACKGROUND + CURRENT EVENTS —

☂ although, his attribution is quite adamant, jeongha thoroughly idolizes her father ever since she was a toddler. she thinks her father has strived the greatest achievement in his life and career as she can have anything she wants leave it expensive or rare but only when she stays silent, obey and behave perfectly. everybody knows, her father is particularly emphatic over her. her mother is a librarian and so, she likes to read and talk less, in general. still, she loves her only daughter as much. jeongha loves both of her parents and acknowledge that they are good providers. therefore, they are quite busy with their own careers. that leaves her being alone most of the time. growing up in that situation, she becomes a self-resilient person.

 

☂ it was then as well, she started to experience sleep paralysis and she gets it quite often lately. it was a hella scary illusions. she could see, hear and feel things that wasn’t real. she did some research and the only way to actually avoid it is either to not sleep or sleep only when she’s extremely exhausted. and so, she started to wander around and spends her time aimlessly loitering every evening to make herself tired. its only a matter of time that she found and became a member parkour team when she was thirteen. she spent her time mostly training, she became attached with it. it might be because her teammates treat her at par. either way, it helped her. her sleeping schedule normalized and she had her beauty sleep peacefully.

 

 

 

RELATIONSHIPS — 

• best friends - kim namjoon (18) - 4rd year - a fun yet irritating teddy bear - 'wow, the hate is excessive' -meeting only when needed, their classmates would never thought of them as bestfriends. they don't say 'i'm grateful you're my bestfriend's, they exchange 'yes, taste my fury's. instead as namjoon throws his unwashed sock onto jeongha's face. probably why people often mistakes them as siblings. they don't cling to each other like koala (to prevent ahri from killing jeongha). both of them know how to respect each other's privacy. so, fights rarely happens between them even when jeongha's on her period. but one thing for sure, they don't hide stuff from each other, they are painfully honest and would tell the other if they don't like what they do. although namjoon is probably 5 times smarter than jeongha, never did she feels being overshadowed by him because she knows true friends don't care about other's opinions. and only god knows how happy they were when both of them were chosen as the elites.

• mutual - min ahri (17) - 3rd year - girl, i dont even know anymore - 'my deepest condolences my dear ahri' - jeongha constantly apologizing upon namjoon's stupidity because it is obvious, as broad as the daylight, that ahri is having a huge crush on namjoon. jeongha would tell him that ahri has a romantic feeling for him because for goddamn sake, jeongha feels like she's having a mid-age life crisis right now but she would not want to be the third wheel in their relationship so she just let it be, hoping for the best to come through. all that she can do for now is to give words of wisdom (which she mostly got from google) each time namjoon disappoints her.
