Bts gave me an anxiety attack
Hello! I have a problem but I can't really talk about it with anyone I know so maybe one of you guys can help me?
There was a period a while ago where I was really stressed, depressed, and had an injury so I wasn't in the best condition mentally.
I was listening to BTS songs around that time because I genuinely enjoy their music :)
but I had been reading a little bit about their working conditions and how they aren't getting enough sleep and that just made me sad :(
anyway I had an anxiety attack listening to bts.
So now I can't listen to one of their songs without getting really depressed or anxious.
and I don't like this because I genuinely like their songs :(
help? tips?
