That feel when you can't seem to find yourself impressed with a new MV from a group you like a lot.

HELLO. THIS IS DST WITH A NEW TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION HA HA.

So I've actually been thinking this for the past few days, and am so curious, but have been far too uncertain about how this question would be received... considering how fans can be sometimes and all when it comes to their bias groups, haha. But here I am anyway! The question is: are there any songs or music videos by your bias group/s that you actually didn't like?
I've personally just discovered that feeling very recently. In a way, I don't want to feel like the only fan out there who isn't that impressed by a group that's been impressing me for the past year or so, h a h. I mean, practically everyone on YouTube is ranting and raving about how great and marvelous and overall mindblowing it is, but for various reasons, I can't seem to agree. I instead find it a little too... ordinary for my liking? I don't particularly want to feel this way about it, but there's no denying the fact that I'm not exactly moved at all by it. And it's kind of sad because I actually like this group, s o b.
I'd like to hear everyone's personal accounts of this if any, so feel free to discuss and share in the comments! And if you'd like to know who I'm talking about here, feel free to ask me if you're curious enough //laughs.

One group that comes to my mind is BTS. But I don't know but if ever its BTS, I like it. Its just that yeah ordinary maybe because it was like just any other groups concept. Maybe, we were just used to diff. concepts they gave us. Tho still I'm not sure if you are implying to BTS. Either way, it doesn't matter everyone has their own opinions. ;)

i can't even get a proper count of how many times i've encountered this situation with my fav groups(though i'm pretty darn sure whatever group you're referring to, is definitely not in my list). and when/if i say anything remotely negative/not praises to high heavens....i'll be ready to be burnt by my so called fandom mates for not being supportive...even if i wasn't even bashing n just stating my disappointment and expectations and suggestion for improvement...which is why i don't want to be part of any fandom, they're too annoyingly delusional for my taste. i don't find it bad/strange to not like a song/mv from our fav groups....unless we're that hardcore delusional. for me, when i love a singer, my expectations are of course higher...cuz why else would i like them? i won't settle for anything mediocre pretending it's a gem just cuz oppar/unnir.

It's okay whoever it is, they can't always meet our expectations. And there are manya fans with variois preferences even though they are crushing on the same group.
I'm a hardcore bigbang fan, whatever they do i'll always love them but that doesn't mean i always impressed by their works.
Mostly it was a case of not loving it at the first sight, but eventually became accustomed so i came to love it.
Most of the times bigbang is impressive (for me) but if i have to choose an example maybe fantastic baby?
It was undoubtedly one of their most succesful hits, though i loved the song (not my most loved) i didn't really like the mv.
Cases like those usually happened to me when i liked a group for their appearance lol.
So when i see their mvs i was like 'nah, they are all gorgeous but that's it' hahahaha.
