The only way you will become a better writer is to write. That can be here or it can be somewhere else. If you love writing, then you should keep writing, no matter how "bad" your stories are. Besides, your stories are only poor compared to other people. Someone else will have a worse story than you, and maybe, just maybe, reading your story might help someone else get into writing. But you will easily improve if you keep writing. If you want to improve your English, then you can use a betareader or a proofreader (like kjms29 said), but if writing is something that you enjoy doing then you should definitely keep writing and not give up. The more you do it, the more you will improve and then you will be able to look back and see mistakes that you made and improve on them.

Stay and progress. To be a good writer, you need to write. If you are not confident with your english, find a betareader or a proofreader. They are really helpful :)

No one is really good in the beginning. My English was awful when I first started writing but I stayed and learned.
Stay, practice is the best teacher.
