Seohyun and YG actor-model Nam Joohyuk met at a coffee shop a while ago to discuss their upcoming drama together. If you don't know what I'm talking about, Seohyun will be starring in the SBS drama 'Scarlet Heart: Ryeo' (former working title was 'Moon Lovers'), a Korean adaptation of the popular Chinese drama and novel, 'Bu Bu Jing Xin'. Seohyun will be playing Woo-Hee, the last princess of the Later Baekje dynasty who becomes a gisaeng (professional entertainer, similar to Japanese geishas) after the Later Baekje kingdom is conquered and defeated by Goryeo. Her love interest will be the 13th prince of Goryeo, Wang Wook, played by Nam Joohyuk. The drama will also be starring IU, Lee Jun-ki, and EXO's Baekhyun.

I've been waiting for them to finally meet and take a selca together ever since the casting was announced, but I guess this will suffice for the meantime. I can't wait for the drama to premiere in October; I usually don't watch dramas but I'll watch this for Seohyun. The drama will be entirely pre-produced and is being invested in by Universal Studios. The budget is rumored to be 14 million USD ― and the most expensive K-drama ever, 'Iris', was 17 million USD ― so it should be a high-quality drama.

Do you think they match well? They're both so good-looking that they'd look good with anybody.

Their height difference is ideal too, since Joohyuk is so tall and Seohyun's not too short.
