intro:

all idols are invited to a cruise tour on our unique V.I.P cruise ship: The 'FUN BOYS CRUISESHIP©' ( from thursday to sunday )
they're boarding for an all inclusive three nights stay! The boat will be cruising along the coast of East Asia, making a stop in:
JEJU ISLAND ( day 1: discovery )


OKINAWA ( day 2: game day )


MACAU ( day 3: game day )


SINGAPORE ( day 4: game + end )

groups:

We will have five " limited edition " groups. meaning these groups will only exist for the event, once we end the event, we delete the groups.
The groups i thought about so far:

PLACE OF THE DAY


the deck: swimming pool, hammocks, jaccuzzis, cocktails and an amazing view on the ocean. this group is for people to just relax under the sun.
the restaurant: hungry? the restaurant is open for a romantic dinner with your lover, a fun midnight snack with your friends or just an ice cream in solo.
the show room: where we will be posting the games! so that we can pretend to all be sitting in a room, having dinner and playing games all together.
the lounge area: too chilly outside? come lounge inside, comfortable chairs and a bar to share drinks with friends, relax and chat about your day.
place of the day: this group changes everyday! the first day, the group will be called 'JEJU ISLAND' because the ship will stop in jeju. the second day, we will change the name of the group to 'OKINAWA' ( or create a new group ) basically, this group is for people to discover the places we'll go to.

JEJU ISLAND GROUP: people will roleplay at the beach, enjoy the sun, relax.
OKINAWA GROUP: people will roleplay at the beach, enjoy new grounds, the sun, new food and get souvenirs!
MACAU GROUP: people will roleplay at the venetian resort: go on gondolas fort a venice experience, go shopping, go to casino, spend money!
SINGAPORE GROUP: people will roleplay at universal amusement park. last day is all about the fun!!
( of course, all these locations are examples. if they want to go shopping in singapore and go to the zoo in jeju, they can c: )

Bunking:

people will be sorted into rooms at random! we will make chat groups ( or they can make them and send us a screenshot ) for people and those groups will be their rooms during the event. they'll roleplay together in pm as if they were in their rooms with roomies c:

for example:
seashell suite: Minho, Taeyang, Hakyeon, Ilhoon
pirate suite: Taemin, Wonshik, Jaehwan, Mino
dolphin suite: Jiwon, Key, Kai, Jiyong

of course, these only serve as examples so you understand what i mean.
Also, i thought it would be a better idea if we made the groups and stayed in them, to make sure people use the 'room' groups, you know? it might bother them to always have to send a screenshot to prove they use the groups so, if we stay in all the 'room' groups we create, we can see who uses them and they will know we're 'watching' so they'll still feel pressured to do it but not annoyed because they won't have to screenshot every day to prove they used the group and what not.

Although, even if we are in thr groups, it doesn't mean we'll be watching them actively. we can reassure them and tell them we won't read through everything but we will know when they use the groups c:

Also, what's fun about 'room' groups is that people can visit each other? though that might be a complicated thing so this is really just an idea and we don't have to do it!! but i thought it'd be even more fun for them to join other people's 'rooms' for a bit, to roleplay and then leave the 'rooms' they visited, you know? but that was just an idea.

Games:

we will hence have a discovery day on thursday and then games on friday, saturday and sunday.

that's it. it's all i had in my head and i hope y'all like what i have to propose c:
of course, i do realize it's a lot of work.. but i'm willing to put my everything in
it so people can get out of pm and have fun. i don't work on thursday and friday
so, i will be able to fully take care of everything. Then i suppose most of us are
free on Saturday and Sunday. ( i work on saturday though, so that day, i'll leave
it all to you for a couple hours ;u; and Sunday i'm free so i can take care of itbetter c: )

So, if you see anything you don't like, tell me! we'll find a way to improve everything
and hopefully offer a really fun and one of a kind event to everyone. so yup, anything
you don't like or think would be better a different way or should be deleted, let's all
talk about it. THIS EVENT COULD BE THE BOMB YOU GUYS, THE BOMB D<
