Simple question, simple answer.  Please add your choice to the form below.  I will be collecting responses until midnight GMT on 24th March 2016.  That gives you four more days to answer.  I will collect all of the responses and the top four answers will go into another poll on here and you guys can choose who wins.  There are five questions and only his name and if he can dance are required answers, so it should take only a minute.  If you can answer the other questions, then that would help me a lot.
