BACKGROUND ( i decided to make this on her point of view, describing everything. ) it all started on october 4th, 1997. i was brought into the world by a stork named jo. i'm just joking. i was born into a family consisting of two loving parents and a pain in the of a brother. my brother was three years old when i was born, and i was the youngest of my family. growing up, i was more of an introvert and preferred staying home and watching the tv while other kids were playing outside, including my brother. so, i spent most of my childhood watching tv and just being alone, with a couple family time here and there. my parents were huge workaholics, so, i had to spend most of my time alone.

growing up, i became a more sociable person, because most of the people around me were mostly noisy people. coughs, elena son. 

PERSONALITY song seungyeon, or more known as scarlett song, is someone you might not want to be friends with. sure, she has some moments where she's a good person, but she's overall deadly. if you're okay with the egoistic side of her, go ahead and befriend her. long story short, seungyeon is the flaming charisma minho amongst her group of friends. some people enjoy her company, some people don't. but she is a very determined individual who never wants to give up what they want in the first place, and her main goal when she debuted in cupid was to steal the fans' hearts and take over the world, which was very far from the group's main goal. she is also a very good choreographer and very creative on the artsy side, and she takes part in combining each of the members' thoughts about dancing to create dances that suit the four of them. for stage presence, seungyeon is, again, the flaming charisma of the group and she's very alluring. she has a great stage presence; making her look like she has experienced being an idol before.

but, seungyeon is not all good at all. she's very emotional and sensitive and keeps everything to her heart. she often gets crying spells where she cries out of the blue from the stress she was pressured under, and she wanted everything to stop. she often reads hate comments towards cupid and thinks about what she did wrong to gain the hate she never wanted cupid to get. she's also very self-centered and egoistic, wants everything to herself. the spotlight to herself, and just thinks that every topic about cupid is about her. the other girls don't like her for this, and one have came to her talking about her self-centered self and she should try to decrease the amount of ego she had. so, seungyeon took that in mind and tried to lessen her ego ( even if it's still there. ) aiming towards the topic of love, she isn't jealous. but being hired as a cupid, she matchmade alot of people together and felt like when she looked at the couples that she matchmade together and happy. she honestly regret that she accepted being in cupid inc. but, she never knew what was coming for her.

STAGE NAME  scarlett she chose the name because you have seungyeon, who's well-known as kara's former member and gong seungyeon, who's well-known as an actress. she didn't like the sound of songyeon or whatever cupid inc. gave her, so, she searched through girl names that start with s, and came across scarlett which she thought was a great stage name for her.

FANCLUB NAME ruby the name scarlett meant red, but in seungyeon's opinion, if her fanclub name is just red, then that wouldn't be so creative of her. she chose ruby as her fanclub name, because ruby gems are very strong and to her, the fans are gems that she appreciates alot.

DANCING TWIN  kang seulgi tough but not very strong dancing is seungyeon's forte. she has this type of dance style which is not very skilled but decent amongst the members.
