Trigger warning?

For some reason, my story "North and South Star" have trigger warning which I did not set up. It won't go away and I don't want it to have trigger warning. 

I mean, sure there's self-harmed and mentioned of sucide, but it wasn't a type of dark angst that should be trigger, I don't think. It's a type that was supposed to be a relief and gives life on a bright side not on the down side. I really don't want my story to have trigger warning, and people will think that it's dark and very angst.

Some are really sensitive with that part, I know someone who was totally can't access her own account from many reports she got. Maybe you can talk to your readers and explain it though.

Like soothighs said, it's a report so... ;; there's not really much you can do about it. Maybe you can try contacting AFF and tell them your case, idk if they'll listen. c:

I just checked your reports and someone reported it for being triggering, thus aff automatically puts a trigger on it and you cannot take it away.

Does the story tell about someone who self-harms in the story, but then goes on to living a better life and realising the world is great and never does it again?
