So i work at whataburger right (AVOID FAST FOOD JOBS IF YOU CAN THEY ) and we are typically known for being slow. But its because we are made to order. Whataburger is fresh its not like Mc d's (i used to work there to i was a cook). And then if we run out of tomato's or onions we have to go cut them up. Trust me that takes ALOT of time. So its even longer of a wait. Well i try to explain this to angry customers (if they are stuck by my window i talk to them) Well anyways heres some funny stories that happened to me since i became a cashier.

1) the drinks - so i was doing the window and this lady was in a huge jeep. She ordered the large meal and that comes with a 44 oz cup. Well i was trying to hand it to her but this lady was being lazy and wasn't even trying to grab it. We both felt it slip and i honestly i was gonna just let it fall since it would be less of a mess. But she grips it so hard, that it exploded on her!! Her car her face and shirt covered in coke. I was so anxious and i kept apologizing but she was cool about it. She just asked for a ton of napkins and help cleaning up. 

2) move your car - So this lady had two kids and her husband in her car. And she rolled back down her window so i opened mine. She asked me what was going on why was that lady not moving to third window. And i told her i would go find out. So i closed the window and talked to my friend who looked really stressed out and he explained. He said she was very difficult and asking to be waited on and refused to move because she wanted to be sure we were doing our jobs. So i went back and told her and she sighed "well i have two very hungry kids in the back. And since its not your fault im gonna go help you make her move." So she gets out her car and im horrified telling her its okay don't go. But of course she doesn't listen and walks over to her. Well she reaches the lady's car and starts yelling at her! Then that lady's dude was yelling at her back and threatening her. And im hearing the conversation and shes telling her she better move her car. because she has hungry kids and that shes gonna ram it to move it for her and this mess. So everyone is hearing this and my managers kinda just let the whole thing play out. Needless to say the lady leaves and she got back into her car. And i just see her dude laughing.
