What do you do when you feel your life is upside down?

Hey guys,

I know it's a weird thing to ask. But what do you guys do when you feel your life turning upside down?

I just feel mine is heading to that direction. A train wreck.

Writing used to be one of my answer before this but it comes to a point where I got totally blank.

Writers block due to personal problems? Does that happen to anyone?

Anyway, I just feel as if i need to reach out before I go crazy and do something stupid.

Sometimes, just feel like just doing something dangerous and just let God decide whether i should live or not?

Like snowboarding on an advance level slope. That nearly broke my arm.

Some say i'm an adrenaline junkie. Am I?

I'm just lost now.

I think everyone tend to feel like that at a certain point in their life. However , no matter what happen, we shall never give up . We need to first accept our situation , ask ourself what we want in life and then make a plan and go get them. I think everything will slowly go back to normal if we set and have a goal / dreams in life. As for me , I will do things that will make me feel happy . I will read self help books, exercise , listen to music , write poems , watch show, talk to people and go out do some fun crazy thing like free hug challenge and all :)

I listen to music, watch yt, go to the gym - doing exercise helped me, having someone to talk to even if its trivial things or serious matters
Finding something funny to laugh to/at
VIXX is my medicine too and Jaejoong/JYJ
Watching kdramas and animes
Distraction is the key too

I've also been through that, where you feel helpless and alone.
Trivial as it might sound, it ate ice cream. I don't know why but it made me feel loads better and afforded me a good amount of time to think about stuff while I was eating.
And talking to friends or just being with them helped too. Being alone in that state just fuels the depression, I think.
If you can't write at the moment, leave it. Do something else and not dwell too much. You might discover other talents you have besides writing. :)
And yeah, like the person above said, if you need to talk to someone, you can also talk to me. :)

I don't think it's a weird thing to ask. Honestly I've been feeling a bit down lately. I don't know if I can say that my life is completely upside down because there are some good and bad things in my life right now. But I understand how you feel.

Usually what brings me to my happy place, is going online and watching youtube videos of what I like, for example: kpop, the sims, cooking, etc. Sometimes I just lay in my bed to relax and read fanfics or watch netflix or something. Those are ways where I calm down and feel somewhat better, you know?

And hey, I know we're not close or know each other well, but you know if you ever need someone to talk to, you can always come to me.
