So in case you haven't noticed, I haven't been very active lately.

These past 6 months, my life have been quite upside-down, and it will be upside down for some time still (a month or two).

As if last autumn wasn't stressful enough at work as it was, my dad died suddenly from a heart attack in September, and in November our house started breaking down, needing massive repairs that we can't afford (leaky roof among other things), which means that we now have to sell my childhood home (the only house I've ever lived in). We're set to move during February/early March. As a result of all this stress at once, I now need to work half-time to simply cope.

This whole ordeal has me extremely tired and emotional, my anxiety is acting up and on top of it all, my work this spring is going to be even more stressful than the autumn (I'm a teacher, and spring term means national exams).

Long story short, there's not much space left in my mind for creative writing at the moment (although I wish there were, it's an amazing outlet), so I thought it best to take a small hiatus. Hopefully I'll have time and energy during Easter break to update my stories.

The only thing I CAN promise is that I haven't abandoned any of the stories, and that I fully intend on finishing them, even though it might take some time.
