raon is a fairly skinny girl with nice smooth skin. though she still has baby fat in several places, raon's slight curves are still noticable if you look closely. she has pearly white teeth and slim lips. raon's natural hair and eye colour is black, with a tinge of dark brown when she's in the sun. her hair is currently straight but when she was 8-12 years old, her hair used to be fairly bushy at times.

her style of fashion is quite modest and feminine. white is her obvious choice in colour, but other than it raon has either pastel or dark colour clothing - nothing in between. for practice, she'll wear tights and a loose t-shirt because sweatpants mixed with sweat is irritating for raon.

raon is the oldest of three children. she was born and raised in seoul for all her life, her parents working as businessmen for a law company. the year when raon's sister was born, her parent's were killed in a car crash in the west of seoul when they were driving home from a court case. the three children were sent to their only relative, kim saekyung.

[ COUSIN ] THIS IS KIM SAEKYUNG, RAON'S OLDER COUSIN WHO IS THE THREE SIBLING'S GUARDIAN. SHE'S ALMOST 30 YEARS OLD AND IS SINGLE, NO DOUBT FROM THE BURDEN OF ACTING LIKE A MOTHER TO THREE TEENAGERS. RAON AND SAEKYUNG ARE CLOSE, THE YOUNGER GIRL WOULD ALWAYS HELP AROUND THE HOUSE BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THAT HER COUSIN IS ALWAYS BUSY. WHILE THE KIDS ARE AT SCHOOL, SAEKYUNG WORKS AS A WAITRESS AT A CAFÉ.

[ close friends ] qui taizyu is raon's close friend. they met as trainees in jyp and continued to stay close with each other throughout the years. taizyu often helped raon and vice versa. the two usually get together to eat and taizyu's the one to defend and make raon happier when namjoo comes along.

[ family rival (?) ] son namjoo is the pure epitome of nightmare for raon and her siblings. she loves to torment the three whenever she meets them and was the first to bully bora even before she knew about his disability. and even after, her bullying has gotten worse. she's also a trainee at jyp, before raon even joined and continued to bully her at training. namjoo always brags and uses others to her advantage. namjoo was a participant of sixteen and was eliminated because fans thought her personality was rude and she was very against working with the other participants.

TRAINEE life trainee life was relatively smooth and easy for raon. probably because she was never really noticed by the rest of the trainees and when she was, it was in a bad light ( *cough namjoo ). either way, she made a friend during training because of her shy nature but never really complained. it was a miracle that raon was nominated for 'sixteen', let alone be in the final line-up because she was always in the background and was always shy in front of the camera. maybe raon wasn't eliminated because some fans thought her shyness was cute?
