So as some of you already know, I have my own review show and I have a lot of work there. Since the requests were piling up, I hired some fellow reviewers to hel me out. The first two I hired were doing well, but after some time passed, they stopped doing their job and eventually asked me to replace them (ok, I kinda got mad and they apologized and said that they have a lot of work and they quit), so I hired two new ones who were working together befor at the same review shop. Yeah they had experience.

Eventually, I had to go on a hiatus because of some private problems I had, so I gave them premission to lead the shop. But they didn't do anything! The requests piled up, and the two of them didn't even start doing their work! They just took a couple of reviews and went on hiatus without even informing me! One of them actually left my shop without even giving a reason. And they were active every day, but didn't even try to post a thing!

So I hired a new reviewer. She seems ok for now.

The only thing that bothers me is that the reviewer that is in charge of 3 reviews went on a hiatus without informing me (again) and I really don't know what to do. I can't take over the reviews because the requestors will get mad.

Wait that's not the only thing. The reviewer that left, left a ton of work. I can't reach the authorst of the stories that requested her as their reviewer, because they are on a hiatus.

Seems like I'm the only serious reviewer there. I need to open the new batch soon, but I just don't know what to do.

I hope that this reviewer will at least do her part of the job. Then I'll hire another reviewer.

What should I do?

This is a long rant but I had to let this out, I'm sorry.
