katarina venus "kitty" richards was born august 19th, 1994 without too much difficulties unlike her younger brother. though it was difficult for to be birth, because of sue having powers that disrupted something in her system, kitty was born safely and healthy and sue remind healthy as well. however her brother had a more difficult birth with sue and himself almost dying. despite her birth, kitty had a pretty normal life except the fact that she was the daughter of the famous reed richards and sue storm. at school she would be bombarded with their fans and fake friends, people who only tried to be her friend because they wanted to tell people, "i know the fantastic four personally!" and because of this, it made her life not so normal after all. however she did meet jessamyn, a girl who was friends with her not because of her parents but because they had so many things in common.

​despite having a super-genious for a father, kitty isn't that smart - well, not as smart as people thought she'd be. sure, she's intelligent getting A's in some classes but not smart enough to be doing college course at 14 like her father. however, when she was younger, the games she'd play would be things like chess with her father - the only time they really had bonding back then. because of things like this, kitty has become a great tactician - not an expert, but good enough to be considered well... a tactician. her parents weren't always around because of their duties as the fantastic four, thus they'd leave her to look after her younger brother, franklin, with sorceress agatha harkness as their nanny and protector.

father | reed richards | 49+ | scientist/fantastic four member | when she was much younger reed didn't spend much time with kitty because he was so focused on his work than anything else, in fact he didn't spend much time with his family becaus of that reason. however, things changed when she got older, she didn't know how but her father would spend more time with her - she believes her mother had something to do with it. but reed got to spend more time with her daughter and got to know her and nowadays they're pretty close.

mother | susan "sue" storm-richards | 40+ | fantastic four member | kitty and her mother are very close as sue was the one to be with kitty at all times when she was younger. she'd always go to her mother for advice, especially on boys because she noticed how beautiful her mother was. sometimes kitty jokes about why her mother married her father - she could've had any other man in the world but chose a guy who barely spends enough time with her. however nowadays it's different, reed would from time to time take breaks to hang out with his family.

younger brother | franklin richards | 14 | student | franklin and kitty are pretty close for brothers and sisters, she is somewhat protective over him, however he needs no protection as apparently he is an omega level mutant according to charles xavier. she loves her younger brother dearly and would actually do anything for him and in turn he looks up to his sister a lot. he even considers her as his favourite superhero. 

long-lost twin si​ster | serena richards | 17 (age of death) | former hydra member | had the power to stretch like reed | kitty never knew she had a twin sister and thought she was the only daughter of the family. she found out about this from ilias who kept calling her serena whenever they fought. she had asked him who she was and he replied that she looked exacly like her. quickly hearing this she went to her parents and asked if she had a sister, they replied that they thought she had died when was born but then they only found out when she died 4 years ago. serena died while trying to escape hyrda. even though she grew up there and they kind of brain washed her that they were the good guys, she was secretly taught otherwise by those who were captured by hydra and they showed the awful things they did. it was serena's plan for them to escape, she tried to convince ilias to go with her but he was still on hydra's side - all those who planned to escape made it but serena because she was trying to get ilias. when she died, ilias was enraged with hydra, a few years later he escaped hydra and joined a new group of villains (the villain group - if there is one that the chosen applicants will fight against) instead of the superheros because his rage, ilias is an anti-villain. serena's hair was dyed black btw and she and kitty share the same birthmark.

uncle | johnny storm | 30+ | fantastic four member | johnny is like that fun uncle who'd come to your house once in a while to play and give you presents. kitty and her uncle aren't as close as her mother had 'brain washed' her into thinking that johnny is an idiot and immature, which she actually thinks for real, but still loves her uncle dearly. he is more close with franklin as franklin likes to have fun and is a guy.

god-father | ben grimm | fantsatic four member | kitty had played with ben when she was younger with her mother since reed wasn't always around. so, they had grown close since then even saying that ben was like a second father. kitty never minded his looks, ben was even afraid at first that she was going to scream when she first saw him but all she did was said, "cool!" and hugged him.

best friend | jessamyn archer | 21 | florist | the two have been best friends since they were in elementry school. they're like normal teenage best friends. however, even though kitty trusts jessamyn a lot and thinks they're like sisters, she hasn't old her that she's the invisible girl (kitty keeps her identity a secret because she already has been bombarded with the fact that she is the daughter of reed and sue richards).

as a young girl with her parents gone most of the time and her father always being on work mode, kitty had to grow up pretty quickly to look after her younger brother, despite having sorceress agatha harkness as a nanny. she became quite mature because of this, she knew when to take responsibility, when to take things seriously. with her responsibility, kitty is capable of being trusted, she always does things ethically and morally right (like captain america) and so because of this she is always in charge of important things at school. kitty is also caring because of her younger brother, she is protective over him and somehow it became who she is. she looks after those unable to care for themselves, especially on account of age or illness as she has gone to some shelters and senior homes before. she is always concern for others. with being brave, she would be ready to face and endure danger or pain, she will take the risk if she has to and become outspoken. she would not be afraid of someone of higher status or even someone she knows is stronger than her. kitty may not be as smart like her father however with her tactics, and the fact she played chess and all those games when she was little, she has become a decisive person, knowing what to do and always taking the right measure.

​sometimes kitty can become strict and bossy when she has taken charge, like her maturity has taken completly control in the wrong way. like with her brother, she becomes the boring and mean older sister who doesn't like to have fun, and the way she's bossy would be telling him what time he has to take a bath or eat dinner, or even clean his room or the dishes. also, as kitty is like the moral compass, her being strict is like demanding that rules converning behaviour are obeyed and observed. she can become very blunt at times, which her braveness enhances - she just says what's in her mind very straightforward-y. for being stubborn, kitty is only like that when she is not willing to give up on someone. she has this overwhelming determination to not give up on anyone, not matter who they are and nobody can stop her - well she won't let anybody stop her. her last negative trait, sarcasm, doesn't appear very often. she only uses sarcasm when she's dealing with somone completely idiotic or when she has completely broken down and in panic, worring about a situation and there'd be this person who'd keeps annoying her and stating the obvious when only they are trying to help her.

alias: the invisible girl

power or weapon:
kitty has the power to turn invisible and use force fields like her mother. with her invisibility, kitty can: render all of herself or any part of herself invisible, render others and other objects invisible, make walls - floors - ceilings - invisible so she can see through them. with her force fields she can: create strong shields, create ladders - bridges - platforms - elevators and other things to get to places, create a board or saucer to levitate herself or others, can use her force fields to move things (like telekinesis), create weapons and other things, make things explode by creating a shield inside of it then expanding it, can suffocate someone by putting them in a shield and not letting air in or can create an air bubble that she can go to places without air and not let the air out.

her limits include: the size, number, and movements of the objects she creates are limited only by her powers of concentration, once she stops concentrating on a object, it ceases to exist. she also requires great concentration to remain invisible. she can be detected by senses that don't depend on vision, such as smell, hearing, touch etc. rain and other liquids, solids fire etc. may show her shape while invisible.

abilities:
kitty isn't the smartest person, she'd not even close to being as smart as her father, however she is good at tactics as she has played chess and etc. when she was little. kitty may not be as smart like her father with science and mathematics however she is particularly good at strategies and tactics, her father says that she would be able to become as smart as he is if she would include what she's good at in her school work, however kitty can't. she can't include strategies and tactics in school work, but only when she's in a 'game'. the apostrophizes in game means that it's not just board games but also when she is in a battle, she considers the fight as a bored game. she is also capable at unarmed combat, learning from her uncle johnny and the fact that she did take some karate lessons and learned stuff from online. she is also very flexible and is able to do flips and all that because she has done gymnastics before.

Mentor:
kitty's mentor is her mother as they both have the ability to go invisible and create force fields. sue is a great mentor to kitty, whenever they're training they both forget that they are mother and daughter so that it's easier to become stronger while training. it also makes it easier for sue to push kitty to her limits and and be harsh on her.

power or ability: ilias has the power to create illusions. he can make a decoy, torment inducement with a high level mental hallucination. he can also have self perception which is where he alters his own perception of reality, and alters what he wants others to see of himself (like Loki in Thor 2). in summary he can use hypnosis, create illusions - kind of has mental manipulation, perception manipulation - just anything related to ilusions. ilias' abililty would be his intelligence, he is not a big fighter, in fact he at fighting and depends on his powers more than his own capability. he is mostly on the outside of the battle. ilias had acquired his powers at hydra as a test subject (like quicksilver and scarlet witch). he didn't become insane but bit by bit he became miserable. his alias is mind maestro.

personality: ilias, to others which are mostly his enemies, he comes off as ignorant, blunt and agressive. he seems like, if you watch anime, the cool and cold guy who always wears glasses. he is honestly the most 'sane' of the group (despite them nicknaming him the insane one) or the nicest as he can come off as an anti-villain. they call him the insane one because on the inside he is a miserable and depressed person and his group are the only ones who have seen him like that (until kitty sees through him and asks the take the illusion down). his state that he keeps away from everyone in an illusion is because the miserable him was caused by death of serena. the agressive side of him is triggered by the memory of his time in hydra or when someone mentions the organisation, he becomes kind of uncontrollable and his group usually uses this side of him to fight against the good guys.

first meeting: (this is assuming there's a new group of villains as well as there is the new group of heroes. also assuming that kitty is 'chosen' considering that they meet during the story.)
it is when the new rookie group of superheroes are joined together and have to face a new threat to the world that they met. ilias was told to create illusions - like scarlet witch in age of ultron - to the new group of heroes and since they were rookies, they weren't very good as they didn't really 'work together' - like in the begining of the avengers where the heroes couldn't work together. kitty was the last one to get an illusion and since he didn't exactly know what she looked like he hadn't yet to see how she looked so much like serena. as he went inside her head to create the illusion, he saw her life - he saw her face and how much she looked like serena. this had caused him to stop making the illusion on her and muttered, "serena..." to her with her becoming confused and asking, "who's serena?" after, he became a bit unstable and the guilt and regret all came flooding back to him. kitty took this chance to defeat him and yeah, that's how they met.

interaction: they are enemies since they fight for a different purpose and side with different people. as an illusion, ilias presents himself as a stable and cocky man - putting up a front in front of his enemies to make himself look intimidating (he was forced by his 'team mates') but by doing this he becomes even more unstable the more he uses the illusion as it takes a great deal of power to keep it up. as he does this, his interractions with kitty is a little different than from what the interraction would be with his real self. he calls her kitty-cat at times, knowing her identity from looking into her mind, and it pisses her off a lot. she's really bossy to him, mostly talking him down and annoying him like that but it doesn't seem to bother him. in almost all fights he has with her, he mentions things about serena that are different or similar to kitty. ilias doesn't request to fight with kitty but is forced to as it brings out his more agressive side - however not to her, as she seems so similar to serena, he becomes soft to her (more like trying to avoid her whenever he gets agressive) and really rough of the other members of the rookie superhero group. when fighting her alone he seems cocky, cold and cruel - he'd always win as his powers are much stronger than hers, she most likely is one of the weakest but then against one of the smartest in the group. when he is fighting with everyone else he seems to protect her, avoiding her so he doesn't have to hurt her.

in many of the fights, kitty would ask so many questions on why he acts the way he is, or why he mentions serena every 5 seconds. he would explain to her why and it would usually leave her stunned and shocked, making it easier for him to not use his powers and escape the battle or whatever wrong doing he is doing. she would always explain that he doesn't have to result in being bad to be good or just being bad to beat hydra. she would try to get him to see the light, to try and get him to the good side and turn his rage into something good. she would help him.

comments/suggestions?: ​man, sorry the love interest section is so long i honestly did not know how to explain it and i am pretty sure that all i worte down was jibberish. i know it makes no sense but really, if you can't figure out what i'm tryin' to say, you can basically change and alter anything you want since it is your story after all. p.s i love you for making a superhero applyfic.
