You Know You've ed Up (again)

When you started feeling that guilt every time you eat. jfc I thought I'm already done with that phase, but heh. I was wrong. Normally, I only eat once or twice a day, but since I'm on a short break from school my parents want me to eat thrice a day. It when you tell yourself 'I thought you wouldn't eat?' or 'You shouldn't have.' after each meal and just, ugh. I know it's not right, and I feel like a hypocrite for telling people that they shouldn't skip their meals Ha ha ha? But I can't help it. I even started thinking that it's better when I'm at school since it keeps me busy, hence, having no time to eat properly. AHHHHHHHHHHH This , yeah?

You know if you skip meals your body is more inclined into eating more often and/or eating more when you do eat. You're making it worse for yourself by skipping meals.

I'm experiencing it too. I'm so unconfident about my body (and face).

I know what it feels like, being hypocritical like that... I'm exactly like that actually...
I can't force you not to skip meals, but please do take care of yourself ...

Eating is very important. It's your most important thing. It helps you live! Don't feel guilty to eat. Eating is natural and important. You should take enjoyment in eating :) The only way you can change it is to admit you have a problem and try to change. You can help it if you want to. Don't hurt yourself. You're worth so much more than that.
