I NEED HELP ABT MY PHOTOSHOP

So, recently, I just downloaded the real Photoshop Cs2 legally from Adobe for free because I am tired with Gimp (it doesnt but I just wanna have some new vibes)

BUT HOW DO I RESIZE THE IMAGE? IT ISN'T LIKE GIMP, GIMP HAS THE RESIZE TOOL AND STUFF. OMG PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Wait I just realised you have Cs2. I got Cs6 so I dunno how different it will be. If it doesn't work then just look up a bunch of tutorials because that's what I did :)

Lool this was exactly my problem, except I had a crack for PS so I got it for free.
But basically, if you wanna resize an image, on the menu bar at the top, click on image and then click on image size. A box will appear and where it says width and height under pixel dimensions, type in the number you want the image to be. Make sure it's on pixels though. Hope this helps!
