This week, despite the adversities you have faced, the challenges you are currently facing and the obstacles you will be facing I hope you continue to keep your head up and look forward, and continue to move forward. And always remember that you are loved. Someone out there loves you and cares for you. And if you haven't met them yet, I am pretty sure they would be stoked to meet you too.

And no matter what has happened and will happen, know that you are not alone. There is always someone willing to lend you a helping hand and a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. Because you are worth it, and you deserve it :)
