Silently I opened the door.

No one was there.

But I m sure.

I heard ,

Someone's calling me. Banging at my door.

Uhhh!! I don't care.

It must be my imagination.

 

 

 

WAIT!!!!! 

Footsteps . I could hear it .        

The clear sound coming from the basement.

I walked,walked and walked .

Slowly ............as if it's miles away. 

 

 

Unlocked and opened the door. 

Slowly I stepped down the  stairs. 

Fortunately no one was there.

"What was that? ", oh jzt a rat.

 

 

 

As I was about to turn I felt 

Someone has just crossed behind me. 

I turned and gazed . As if I m nt afraid. 

But in reality .

I can't explain.

 

 

The eerie feeling, gloomy surrounding. 

Something was nt fine. 

 

 

 

I walked towards the stairs and

Wanted to move out. 

I started chanting prayers

And wished my mom was here. 

I was not able to shout.

 

 

 

Oh no!!! 

I could feel someone standing behind me.

Staring with neutral expression. 

I didn't want to turn and examine that thing .

Just wanna take a leave.

 

I climbed up the stairs. 

 

 

 

"COME BACK" whispering sound .

"COME BACK" this time it's loud and commanding .

 

I huried .

Oh god! My legs . It's stuck in between the two stairs .

I twisted my leg in every possible way.

 

 

 

The door of the basement started closing. 

I looked back .

That thing seems like a shadow was coming towards me.

I was holding my leg and pulled it out with full strength. 

Ran towards the door. Came out. Pressed the door. 

"BANG"

 

 

 

The sound came when I closed.
