how they met: when the crew disbanded in 2012, shortly after he ran into chaekyung. she was oblivious to as why he was so upset but became fond of him. so as a way of cheering him up, chaekyung let him follow her to grafitti, which was what she was going to go do when she bumped into hongki. after chaekyung finished, hongki confessed that he no longer had any friends since his crew broke up and didn't want to do anything else since his friends weren't there anymore. chaekyung revealed she was going to ditch school for a few months to secretly visit her brother in america and had a spare ticket since her yonger sister didn't want to go anymore. soon after, hongki quit school and went with her to america. they eventually didn't come back for another few months and chaekyung then quit school.
