Personality :

Eventhough Sangmi looks like she's relaxed, free from stress 24/7, she is actually the hardworker type. Once she sets her goal she will work hard to achive it, which is why she can be where she is now. Being a hardworker and a perfectionist is nice actually, the outcome probably will be better. But it doesn't always end on the positive side though, she will push herself to the limit too often until she falls sick. Whether it's her moves or her voice, if she is not satisfied with the result she will continue to train. If she's already in her perfectionist-mode, no one can stop her unless she's being distracted. Perfectionist aside she's quite reliable for kids around her age, probably one of the reasons why her friends like her. She's also witty with words (probably coming from her family gene) and accidentally sarcastic, depending on her mood. According to her friends her moods change a lot, she can be happy all day and suddenly turn cold and quiet in a second.

What sangmi dislike the most about her personality is she cries when she's angry ("Seriously, why can't I just be angry with all the shouting, foot stomping and door slamming? ugh"). She never cries in front of others since entering elementary school though. She's a bit forgetful and clumsy too sometimes. She usually trips over something or just her feet, really. The two times she isn't clumsy are when she dances and walking down the runway (only once though). She can be cute when she need to be one, not as cute as her brother though (and her brother is not that cute either). There is this one time when she forgot about her backpack and showed up at school only with her phone. She sometimes forget what she is about to say too.

Personality : Jungkook is a nice boy, he is polite and caring but tends to get shy around girls he is not familiar with. But once you get to know him he is actually a funny, loud and comfortable person. If you ask the hyungs in his group about him, most of them will include "he wants to be manly but still a cutie" in the answer. He is kind, innocent and bad at expresing his feeling (quoted from Jimin). He is a charming person and has a lot of fans.

How you met : 

The first time sangmi talk to jungkook was when they're in the same performance group for SOPA Summer Festival 2014. Sangmi was appointed as the leader of dance section meanwhile jungkook was appointed to be the vice-leader. Being more senior than jungkook (who delayed his high school entrance for a year because of bts' activities), sangmi knows the school a bit better than him. So they spent a lot of time together from recruiting the performers to taking care of the dance properties. 2 weeks before the show, sangmi came to school with a sprained ankle because of the daily dance practice at sm. Jungkook, being the kind and caring friend he is, helped sangmi a lot around school. For example when it was lunch time, jungkook would bring her portion of food to her usual table in the cafetaria ; helping her to climb the stairs ; carrying the properties ; took the initiative to run sangmi's leader duty. That's when sangmi started to fall for him, however she doesn't notice it becuase she never fall in love before. They grew close and become friends.

At SOPA Spring Play 2015, they were chosen as the lead cast of the school's mini drama. The story was about idols who date each other but have to break up because of the fans. They spent a lot of time together too this time, practicing their lines over and over. Because of time they spent together, they grew very comfortable towards each other (minus the awkward time when they reached the kiss scene, which they didn't). Jungkook taking care of Sangmi became a habit and they spent most of their free time together.

How you act around each other : Both sangmi and jungkook are bad at expressing their feelings, that's why they tend to beat around the bush. You can actually sense the shy-and-awkward atmosphere when they're together for the first time. They talk a lot after that though, mostly about school and the idol life. They were caught in a scandal when they were still friends, that's why Big Hit and SM denied the scandal. Jungkook mistook Jaehyun as Sangmi's boyfriend at first, he found out Jaehyun is only her bestfriend from Taehyung later.

He helped her and they took a little trip around the building. When she wanted to return the favor to him Jaehyun playfully said that she can buy him food or something but Sangmi took it serious and brought him food the next day.

How you act around each other & why is he a love rival? : They are very close so they can talk about this and that, from childhood memories to rumours in sm. He liked her but Sangmi draws a clear line between them. He supports Sangmi's feeling towards Jungkook (a little bit jealous though, but well, as long as she is happy-which is so cliche I swear orz)

How did you get in the agency? : Sangmi was a trainee in Jellyfish for a year before transfering to SM

How were your trainee days : She found the competition in SM is a lot harder in Jellyfish, the scales are so different between Jellyfish and SM. Sometimes she go to her brother when she need someone to talk to. Fortunately, she grew close to Jaehyun. He helps her a lot, both in school and SM. She is in 3 SM MVs : EXO's Miracle in December, SHINee's Dream Girl and Amber's Shake That Brass.

Number of years of training : 2 in SM + 1 in Jellyfish
