The doctor thinks I have an infection in my upper pallate tooth root and it hurts so much but we're not sure why it hurts so he can't treat it Dx he gave me antibiotics and pain killers but it hurts so much I can't

I can't even focus to type this beause it hurts like literally I wake up bcz it hurts and I cant even take a nap so Im going through a hard time right now so pls forgive not being able to update or whatever bcz it hurts and literally the tears won't stop its lame.

Oh god the pain. My ing tooth and ing bacteria in my ing mouth i swear to god when I'm older i will ing laser shoot every fiucking thing bcz rn i dont have the money to kill every microbe living in my damned body oh god 

I think the pain killers are working but like i cant even explain how much it hurts its like a truck is hitting my entire upper jaw on repeat like bouncing back on BAM BAM BAM god the tears im gonna go get a ing tissue and ing kill my stupid eyes.
