Fanfiction.net -- can't open the site

I read fanfics. And i read them from some sites; Livejournal, AFF, and Fanfiction.Net

Everything goes well until today.... I CANNOT OPEN FANFICTION.NET since this morning!!! 

I dunno what's the problem. I thought it was about my internet connection, but i can open AFF and other sites very very well... I tried to open it from google, trying maybe it's all about cookies and so on. But no to avail. All failed.

I dont know why... i really like reading some fics -from other pairings and ships- from Fanfiction.Net. Mostly it's because they have many Indonesian fanfics, I can find some stories written in my mother tongue.

Anyone enjoy reading from that site? Anyone knows the problem? I'm from Indonesia, anyone knows the relation?

Can somebody help me....

Some sites are like.. blocked by some server. Like I use First Media at home and it has this family safe internet thingy that doesn't allow us to open any website with .net extention. I usually open ffn at my phone (without wifi) or use that software to change the ip address my brother downloaded for me. I'll check my other laptop when I get home and tell you the software. Indonesia sure has weird banning rules hahahaha.

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:
Browser Related Problems
Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)
Try alternative urls such as m.fanfiction.net
Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page.

You did clear your cookies right?
