My dad says.

I want a tab. Not just any tab that you can ship from China thats bearly 60$ and dies in a month; but a legitamate Samsung 4.1 10'. I actually have money to pay for this. He needs to order bcz my bank is and wouldn't let me create paypal. So I asked him; and he's like "Eh, why tab, buy a laptop." and Im like "I dont have that much."

He says. 
"I don't want a budget to buy you things.
But you have to grow up.
You have to take responsibility.
You need to be mature and do somthing."

 

Le Cries because he listed everything I cant in one go.

Le is scared he will flip when i ask for BAP album.

I rly wanted a Samsung tab too but well, its rly hard to buy one in our country. So i settled with a new phone n it turned out much more satisfying than wat i expected lol.
I know ur prob here isn't the tab, but wat abt trying a product similar to wat u want but cheaper n still of good quality? Just a suggestion.
N abt wat ur dad said, perhaps it might be good to find a temporary job that isn't too stressful/tiring? (Again, juz a suggestion.) My sis was in the same situation as u n she found a job (Japanese-English translator) n did dat for a few months. The salary wasn't high, but somewhat it convinced my mom that she's independent n my mom actually bought a new laptop for her lol.

Do youu really want or need a tablet? Maybe he thinks that a laptop would be more useful, so he wants you to save up for a laptop? By the way, YONG GUKS SMIRK AT THE END WOAHHH should be illegal *sighs* at least there's BAP to bring us back to dreamland for a while *-* <3

Make sure you buy a good one! my friend and i are using tab 8 and it's ty as hell. I don't know about tab 4 though. Just don't regret it like I do. And you have to sacrifice some stuff in order to have what you want. I guess your dad thinks you are spending money on unreasonable stuff. Parents worry about things like that since it's not easy to find money. Even when I'm using my own money from work to buy a tab before, my mom still disapproved it.

Tell him the reasons why a tablet would be so much better than a laptop. It sounds like he doesn't object the idea of spending that amount of money. If you provide him reasons he may understand them.
One thing is for sure have you consider to buy used samsung tablets? Just in case he still doesn't want to help you buy it.
Prove to him that you are responsible to own a tablet. It's a tablet and incase you drop it or he breaks know the consequences that follow it.
We all have our wants, but is it really a necessity for you to have that tablet?
