6 : MENTION BASE. if leaving, cc-ing, taking a hiatus, or sh. hiatuses last a month. semi-hiatuses are unlimited. at least tweet once every week so we know you're still alive.

HOW to join.

2 : COMMENT. check the ml / wl first. comment with your desired character + pw. twitter reservations are accepted. sike! the real pw is your fave rookie group.
3 : 24 HOURS. you'll have 24 hours to make your account, after we have accepted you. after coming, you'll have another 24 hours to reach 30 tweets. 
4 : MAKE YOUR ACCOUNT. username formats are idoleve or eveidol. no underscores or numbers. all caps.
5 : MENTION BASE FOR VERIFICATION. if we don't verify you within an hour, you are free to tweet. we know the struggle of waiting for verification.
