UPDATE: I answered this in 2015! I wanted to see if anything changed since then, so 2017 answers and edits are IN BOLD.

[1 ] What is your username?

(for this one it's) omona_mark! Derived from Mark Tuan of Got7 and the lines from their song 'Girls Girls Girls' that goes "omona". Originally made to cater to my Got7/Markjin feels that I didn't want to mix with my EXO account (girlwhocriedluhan) but now this account has been turning into my main one and will probably contain a lot more fics from various bands in the future.

It definitely ended up holding more than just a few more bands.

[ 2 ] Do you read or write fanfics?

Both~ Lately, I haven't really been reading much fanfics and if I have, it's not regularly (since I usually like reading a bunch of chapters at one time / complete works) soooo-- 

I've been reading a lot more now! But it depends on the fandom. I'm also usually reading from my fandoms that aren't KPOP? So.......

[ 3 ] When did you first start reading/writing fanfics?

Well I got into fanfics around the same time I got into KPOP, so sometime around 2008 when I was roughly 11 years old. I'm prettyyy sure the first ones I read were SHINee related, while the first one I ever wrote was a Super Junior one titled "Super Junior's 14th member?!?!?" or something. Ahhhh good times. 

[ 4 ] What was your first fandom?

SHINee! I saw them perform Love Like Oxygen on TV and the song immediately stuck + I wanted to know who that one goodlooking guy was (it was Key btw) and then eventually I came across them again performing Amigo (jam4lyf) and found out they were called SHINee and thus, I was into KPOP. However! A few weeks later one of my sister's friends suggested I get into Super Junior AND BAM MY LIFE WAS RUINED FOR LIFE. 

[ 5 ] First ship?

I actually think it was SHINee's 2min? Or was it Jongkey... And then eventually Super Junior's ships because... how can you not. 

[ 6 ] What website(s) do you use the most?

Facebook (to talk to people / school stuff), Youtube (I'll watch anything tbh), AFF (if I'm too busy, I just make sure I check my notifications and reply to whatever I can~), Twitter (updates on life and general rants / I have a public one for stalking KPOP / and one for AFF @omona_mark), Tumblr (I rarely reblog though??? I'm mostly around for photos and to like stuff). 

Less of Facebook and more of just Messenger, definitely still a Youtube hoe, AFF aND AO3 when I want to read stuff and also cuz I'm active on AO3 now too (@stilljunhui / acyria) aaaand my AFF Twitter is now a general KPOP Twitter @stilljunhui!!! 

[ 7 ] What do you think of AFF?

I used to write on Winglin which crashed a lot + it was rather hard to navigate stories since there was nothing like tags and stuff. AFF is super great because it's so much easier to search for what you want to read, comments are easier to manage, you have actual profiles that you can personalize (!!!!!! love it) compared to just having a username. Plus the poster shops are all in one place!!! Like I remember when poster shops were just on blogspot or something of the sort? For a more official feel, anyway, but yeah. Winglin had a lot more Chinese entertainment based stories though if I may say so, and J-POP (ahhhh Hey! Say! JUMP days).

[ 8 ] What groups have you written?

On Winglin, I've had SHINee and Super Junior I think? U-KISS at some point as well. On AFF I've only been posting ships, and there's a range of... EXO, GOT7, Seventeen, Teen Top so far. However, I have a bunch of fics that I have not posted / won't / just keep in my phone for my own liesure (lol) that are not ships, stuff like OC x Idol or Me x Idol (ok duh HAHAHA) and also a lot of other couples I ship from other groups that I either don't find well written enough to share, or... lost somehow... *weeps*

For this account I've also written for SF9, Up10tion, and BTS! I decided to make a side account for the non-ship stories just recently too ~stilljunhui~

[ 9 ] Pairings?

I can and probably ship close to anything as long as there's some kind of basis for it (or even without one for some cases) and yeah! Whether your most popular ships to your tiny little rafts. I don't usually have pairings I hate, unless I'm really into another couple with one of the members of said disliked ship, so yeah. For this account, I've written a lot of Markjin and Jihan!!! teehee. But yes. I ship 90% of people. 

J U N H A O. But also Yoonkook, Hwitae, and basically any pairing with Junhui.

[ 10 ] Any groups you would like to write?

Groups I haven't written about yet, in any way...? Well, I have yet to try out writing ships from UNIQ. Also the newer bands like Monsta-X. I've been really into Seventeen and what I want to do is explore their ships, and how to write them, because from what I get of them now, they remind me of Teen Top or Super Junior in a sense that you can ship any member with any other member HAHAHA but that could just be me~

OH I HAVE MONSTA-X HERE NOW TOO!!! I wanna get into and write for NCT soon, though!

[ 11 ] Do reviews affect how you write a story?

I've actually never had a review done for anything. In terms of comments, however, they help a lot! I love reading comments although so far I've chosen which fic comments I reply to (usually the chaptered ones...) but generally seeing people leave nice things make me really willing to update. 

I still really really love comments. I've requested for reviews but I haven't gotten them yet, so I still can't say...

[ 12 ] Do you use a beta?

Nah, I don't exactly want somebody else troubled for what I do LOL I try my best to read through everything I write but sometimes I still miss some things here and there... woops. 

[ 13 ] What ratings do you read/write?

Everything, really. However all my fics currently uploaded are of the G / maybe PG? rating just cause I don't feel like publicizing anything else. Eventually, I may shift into posting more mature type in terms of plot / language but for the mean time, I'm sticking to my sickenly sweet fluffy type of fics HAHA. 

[ 14 ] What warnings have you used on your fanfic(s)?

None so far~

[ 15 ] Do you have any squicks?

I tend to stay away from stories with bad grammar unless the plot is really good or I like the pairing a lot. I'm also really not an angst person- I just get so sad!!! HUHU. I can write it, I guess, but reading it gets me feeling things I don't want to and I just like things to be kept happy okay okay okay. 

I've realized I also get kindaaaaa of iffy with OOC characters in a canonverse. Like if it were an alternate universe, it could be acceptable, but...

[ 16 ] Do you roleplay online?

I used to with friends, but not much lately. 

[ 17 ] Have you ever stolen something from another person's work?

Nah.

[ 18 ] Favorite fandom to write/read?

Currently, I'm into writing Seventeen!!! (if some of you have noticed HAHA) and I guess they're what I'm into reading too, if I have time to read. Also non-KPOP pairs! I don't have an ultimate favourite fandom to write for, but I am comfortable with Teen Top and Super Junior since I know them the most, I guess? 

Writing for Seventeen is still the best, but I generally enjoy writing for my ships. I love reading Yoonkook fics for some reason; I don't read a lot of KPOP fics tbh but Yoonkook fics always blow my mind????

Like I said, I don't read much, and honestly when I do, it's not usually all from one author so I can't really say. The stories I really like are usually the only one the author has... 

XIAJIN on AO3. Her Yoonkook fics. Top notch. I don't really keep track of anybody else;;

[ 21 ] How long should a chapter be?

 Personally, a regular chapter for me has to reach at least 1k words, anything less is kinda short.

Most of my chapters now are nearing 1.5k to 2k!! It's getting longer!!!

[ 22 ] Do you read/write drabbles? 

I don't read them as much as I write them, I guess, but I do both!

[ 23 ] Any groups you avoid?

 None, really.

Still none. If I haven't written for them, it's probably just cuz I don't know them.

 Again, none that I know of. I don't exactly avoid anything...

 Not into abuse unless it's like really well integrated into the plot, and it's actually something necessary and not just thrown into the story.

Nope.

[ 27 ] What do you think of Mary Sue?

No comment in particular, since every writer eventually had a Mary Sue OC of their own, so I don't see anything wrong with it.

In addition, I think most writers start with Mary Sue before finding the right kind of character they want. It gets developed.

Nope.

[ 29 ] Have you ever been flamed?

I don't think so...

 Way too many. Way too many unposted too.

[ 31 ] What genres do you write or read?

I usually read everything, but I do try to stay away from angst unless I really feel like hurting myself HAHAHA because as mentioned, I just get really really sad. I write a lot of genres too, but fluff is really the easiest for me.

[ 32 ] What story of yours has the most comments and how many?

Definitely Pizza and Other Cheesy Things with 379 comments and counting! It is a chaptered story, afterall, and it got featured too.

Summer and What Happened Then managed to dethrone this fic with 655 comments as of today! Pizza and Other Cheesy Things still has the most votes tho, even with 512 comments. Deadass sure the former only has that much comments since I took so long to update and finish it, lol.

Here on AFF, it's still Pizza and Other Cheesy Things with 20,180 words! :)

^ It's still the case, but Winning Against Yoon Jeonghan is def gonna end up longer once completed.

[ 34 ] Which one do you like the best?

I'm going to answer Pizza and Other Cheesy Things for everything... but that aside, I also personally like letters on napkins.

I also have a soft spot for my Junhao fics, specifically my future yesterday because it was inspired by their duet song.

I wouldn't post anything I don't like. I love all my fics and they are all precious to me hihihi.

I'm alright with them, since I write them too.

Me x  Bias (1/2jk) I don't mind any hetero story if it's really well written. I don't think I have a specific favourite hetero pairing, since I really really really don't follow much. I used to ship Heechul and Sohee??? 

I still don't have one......... unless you count Nick Wilde x Judy Hopps.................

E V E R Y   P A I R. Okay, but really, I like at least 2-3 from every band (even if there's just 5 members) so this is hard. I love Jihan right now, and Markjin, and any variation of pairings from Teen Top. Really, if you want me to rant about my ships, feel free to message me.

[ 40 ] What are your favorite genres?

I like reading fluff. Detective and mystery type fics are alright too. I'm also usually a er for rivalry related fics, and I am very much into AU's!!! I don't really keep track of what genre I like, it's really up to the story's plot. 

[ 41 ] Will you read someone's fanfics if they asked you to?

Yup, if they ask me personally! If it's advertised on my wall, I only will if it peaks my attention.
