sojin is a very energetic ball of skin and bones? okay, let me rephrase that. sojin is very energetic and enthusiastic. she is very kind to everyone and loves to be the social butterfly. this is one of the main reasons she became famous, one for her fashion style and tips but second for her kind, energetic personality. she is also very likable, not many people who have actually met her (not counting haters and trolls on the internet) will dislike her after. 

sojin can get pretty sensitive about people talking about her in a rude way. with that, she tends to stay out of fights or tries to end it before it becomes bigger. sojin is also impractical, she will literally get the camera and start filming without knowing what to do. if you look at her laptop, there are dozens of unedited videos of her doing silly and unorganized videos. only a few have been uploaded due to not filming anything else.

sojin was born in sinseol-dong but moved to hongdae afterwards. two years later, her younger brother jisook was born but their mother died after the birth from blood-loss. they were taken into the custody of their aunt and uncle since sojin's father left when he heard of sojin's second pregnancy. sojin lived a fairly normal life and was raised well by her auntie and uncle too. her grades in school were average and had many friends.

in 2009, when sojin was fourteen, she discovered her powers. she was having an emotional yet very hormonal day and was having mood swings. when she cried, rain began to pour down. when she got angry, the light bulbs flickered continously. sojin finally realised these bizzare events and realised it was her. she then trained herself not to go too far with her emotions incase it happens again.

two years later, it was her sweet sixteen and her friends threw her a surprise party. she was so happy afterwards but soon wanted that feeling again. the next day, reality looped and continued to loop until sojin wished for reality to continue. 

by the end of 2012, sojin started her fashion channel on youtube and gained recognition for her style and personality. jisook was the one to create the idea, by sarcastically saying that if her fashion was one of a kind, she should share it on social media. jisook also became her camera man, since he is handy with a camera.

two years later, sojin graduated highschool and moved into her own apartment. it had two bedrooms so offered to take in jisook too as it would be a burden for her auntie and uncle. sojin gets weekly endorsements and sponsorships from companies and brands. sojin basically gets free clothes and makeup.

"i got my camera ready, dressed myself and explained my excitement on camera, for youtube of course. when i found out i couldn't upload it for the public yet, i was so upset because i had to hold my happiness for like, an hour? seriously."

"i am expecting to meet eight other people and befriend all of them before this show ends! better relationships everyone! haha, yes!"
