Scorekeeping? Well yes, scorekeeping. There is not only a set amount (30!!) of likes each reporter must achieve, but there is also a competition to achieve the most likes to score a free lunch with any editor of your choice. And I really love my editors but I’m quite shy during classtime, one on one would be a perfect opportunity.

What’s there to like about that page?

This page is not actually super active, so it will not spam your newsfeed. It does, however, feature links to some great articles (many can’t believe that these are written by high schoolers). In additio, there is a spin-off of HONY, called Humans of MSJ. This may be particularly interesting because my school is a public school with 90% minorities. Whites, normally the majority, are only 5% of our total population. Humans of MSJ offers a very unique perspective upon what it is like to attend such a school, and is definitely one of the highlights of this page.Want something more?
