PERSONALITY Soul's life is just like any human; problems and merits. it's only when problems of the team and hers starts churning out, when she starts weighing down options, through resources and experiences, and when she finally nods in things, she would swipe out possibilities for accuracy and finally stash the dish done. then it's next problem. but the thing is, sometimes she's always seen as uncooperative, which is given from her inability to actually say 'she's losing', because she weighs on facts and tends to pass of other's viewpoints. while she doesn't like arguing, it's easy to make it a competitive debate on who's correct. so that's how problem solving works; you solve it, and move on from one rainy parade to another one. it's an intriguing, quick blip, but most of the time, she'd just pass it off for another. she's nonchalant about it, honestly. and it tends to be unappealing; she's quite one of the less warmer members and always mirrors a huge misunderstanding as a very stubborn and difficult to work with kind of person. which is in the next section.

Soul doesn't get day-dreamy when life is already strange on its own. she prefers actually setting it out in a clean manner, and get over with it. she has only so much time when people fret on a weirdly irrelevant event, which reun  prefers not talking about and goes straight to the main point. and while she's not doing it out of sheer deliberation, sometimes she tends to hurt them when her remarks cut them. and of course she would apologize, but still, it's not something that she feels so regretful when cutting off. she doesn't consider them a threat to reckon and dismiss them as a mini tumbleweed. and when the opposing view is right, she remains ignorant of the threat (at least until someone knocks a good wind on her). but when she's not hesitating to solve problems, she know it's like an unwritten promise; something that she has to be capable of committing no matter just how much effort is wasted. nothing is a lost cause for her. and yes, that also means she's not willing on saying give up; promises are a good setup of determination; satisfaction when she's capable of succeeding. she has a strong loyalty on the inner circles of hers; and she's not going to break it, even if it's already rotting.

and while we're at it, Soul isn't a completely cold person either; she does care for her members; and her loyalty makes her stick with them, no matter how bad is rotten. because then again, she just kinda wants to hold back. it takes her time to completely understand people, and sometimes she does hesitate on ever doing so (trusting, but not giving it like a free flyer). she needs to feel the whole beat before being able to flash out; she's still young, just like others, and when sometimes presented with the new kind of problems of others (or in this case, meeting new people), the only thing she could process was the logic on how to meet them, skipping off the section where they have different ways of processing. and from then and there, she'd have to stick with quick responses. that's probably why it's hard to be with her.

but sometimes, she's not capable at complete. problems can shift out of the derailment, and finally, it spirals out. and she'd blame herself for it, because she had honestly thought it would be perfectly planned out just like she had thought... but not. she thought it was her who's reliable, but that's when sometimes rejecting others had their consequences; at large scale, even. and sometimes she hasn't learn yet, that dealing with groups are sometimes better... and so on. just be patient, really.

TL;DR: Mikasa.

BACKGROUND
Small fragments — If there's parts of hers that she still knew, it's that she remembered vaguely of two older boys. Soul knew she had heard of the slow strums of guitar strings being plucked by  one of the younger boys, while the older would had his hands as pillows at an old mahogany desk, while she let out a voice of a melody she's never remembered to this day. It ticks a rhythm, one that allocates the vibrance of a child's dream.
Until you mentioned that part — there was a certain part of her head that kept her from moving on to the next level of Harley.G — it has a lot to do with certain tricks of the head, a conciousness that was broken in all of the revenge that supposedly played out in the day of her 'death'. She had remembered, fondly now, of the tears and the reds or blues that penetrated the older boys' skin, his hands held with helplessness rooting through his heart, with the younger boy quietly called for an older woman to take care of his wounds. She knew of the years and hours when the younger would let her in his room, passing through the night with the worries of the home staying intact. It was the days too, where the strings of the guitar struck higher and higher — it didn't snap just yet, ringing her ears with nuisance and nightmares.
That things started changing — she remembered at the last fragments of her memories, when the torture the older boy was put through finally passed down to her and the oldest boy, and for the longest time she didn't notice. The kids looking down upon her with contempt over the finally broken fragments of the place she heard as home. The sick entertainment that clouded the judgments of her life had went down to straining physical abuses and all of them continued to shake and pull the strings like a violin — an inch upward and the sound struck through the eardrums like an artillery. The older boy, one that had suffered for so long, had his strings broken into complete ribbons. A supposedly fun joke by the 'higher class' of the school had accidentally caused a huge fire accident, one that she got shut in from. However, she had felt herself being knocked upon her head, before the darkness loomed around her sight, of the helpless older boy.

Jeon Sugeun, born in 1989, died of fire in 2008.

Of past and present — Soul had lost all of her memories or held no notable distinction of a particular timeline; exceptions for the fire itself. By the time she woke up, she heard of the adult woman, who stated herself as Shii Yan, and explained the circumstances of hers. But Soul had no idea of herself anymore, a complete dissonance over the past of hers. When the sixteen year old partially remembered of the bullies' actions, though, she'd sworn off to revenge, and there she went with her first one.

A couple, Jung Hyebyul and Song Jaewon found dead in their cars, of carbon monoxide poisoning, 12 January 2009.
RELATIONSHIPS
older brother + Lee Sugeun + 26 (19 at death) + deceased
While she could barely remember who or how he looked like (minus very quick glimpses), she would say of him as her driving force, and while Shii Yan had not given her any information on where his grave was marked, she would make a promise upon the sky, where she knew he would be, that he would help her to see her own destiny.

senior + Lucretia + 25 + alive
Soul and Lu didn't talk a lot, apart from several stares that Soul had upon her, and even so often lost at words when having to talk to a person who didn't seem to like her... but from all the times being used, Lu would encounter Soul once, if not all time, when Soul burned her hands off or when she fainted, and sometimes, Lu would wonder why Soul hadn't been lifted off from her status.
TRIVIA
`Soul fears teenagers and children more than adults; a certain feeling of how the sickest entertainment grew upon the children and how bitterness was deeply engraved in their roots - she feared them the most. Only ironically, she knew her days would also be in the hands of the looming negativity around her.
`Soul's original alias was 'Nixx', a derivation of the Phoenix bird (who would resurrect itself again every few years after burning) and 'Harley.XX', but immediately changed it towards 'Soul' after hearing Seunghyub playing one familiar tune (explained in love interest section).
`Fears ual advances the most; she's not ready for something that she herself viewed as a way to stoop down low at the idea of gaining revenge.
`For most of the time, when she's not completely on around missions or interacting with others, she occupied herself by going around the city streets or cafes to enjoy a little fresh air, sightseeing a blind singer from afar in Hongdae park.
`Favorite color includes Midnight Blue, she admits of not liking baby blues or pastel colors at all.
`Tends to stare at the beach for hours; several times she felt the warmth of someone held dearly onto her, and if there would be any way she could see of the past in hers, she wanted to know the younger boy by the sea.
`Enjoys morning coffees, gets high-up cranky if not drinking one a day.
`When in a negative mood, Soul only replies with mumbles. There wasn't a day when she had snapped, yet. At least when she didn't even know on what to snap or fret about for the seven years that had passed by.
`Being in the organization for seven years surprised people when she hadn't moved out of being a Harley.G yet, but nonetheless she didn't talk much about it. Not that she had talked much, but still.
`Wanted to thank the agent that had saved her from the fire arson seven years ago, but unbeknownst to her the agent was executed long before she knew about it [this could be anyone, actually.]
`Soul wasn't assured what her next seconds of living would continue as... she wanted to keep the 'blessing' of Shii Yan for being able to stay in the place she is, she definitely understood the untold pains of wanting to avenge themselves as the wronged one, but there were moments, pivotal points where she had thought of taking the higher road; to escape her circle track she's been running to, but at the same time, the pain of having to lose someone and the real identity of hers had succumbed her to the situation of loyalty.
`Height problems - nobody has an idea why a 23-year old girl was shorter than a 17-year old Harley.F. Unconciously drinks milk at that statements.

STRENGTHS Soul lets on being punched and reverting back. Her body hids behind the shadows well (note: basically episonage) and revert to a complete mundane girl that had opponents thinking of her as completely non-suspicious, but what her enigma had shut in shattered into complete pieces as elegance from hundreds of blue and reds chipped left a despondent opponent feeling the shouts and insults she had of her own failures.
WEAKNESSES Endurance and powerful kicks aside, Soul's unfortunately one of those with the weakest cognitive abilities; placing context over target, she wouldn't be able to think faster than the moves she had perfected herself, and failed to see ways of applying the powers to a somewhat more befitting blow towards her targets. Just like a normal person who had the ability to kill better than others. Plus, she's quite short. Which, while makes a better episonage, hinders several moves.
STAMINA (A/N: People can survive quite lots of stabbings; movies lied a lot about that) Soul's surprisingly endurable to a scary height. Being stabbed once in the guts or limbs only hinders her movements, but she's not going to completely fall over and double in pain to nick her death. Certain stresses, however, could worsen her breathing problems and ends up blowing her defeat. And of course, severe throws of punches would obviously render her injured.
WEAPONS Lighters. She would choke them up to death or basically cut their respiratory systems (neck breaking, for example). Soul would held them off at enclosed rooms before escaping quickly (before she died of gas poisoning), but at times she also would cut their necks off, for time convenience.
ETC Mundaneability (if that's a word) is her key; just be someone normal, not seemingly vulnerable, just a part of the crowd that would be ignored by other crowds.

LOVE INTEREST Lee Seunghyub
BACKUPS Song Seunghyun
BIRTHDAY October 31, 1992
PERSONALITY [I'm so damn lazy at this rate why ;;]
Seunghyub had his artistic personality in depth; he's seemingly meek, slightly timid and had certain soft spots over animals and childrens, but his soul sticks through music, where he wouldn't be hindered into thinking of complete freedom. He's also one who fights through the weakest of the points, bearing through suffering and wanted to prove people of how ridiculous they would to ridicule him out. He's slightly sensitive, and tends to meddle to others, but all he does to his own observations, when he realized that people were troubled with so many things. Being sensitive and haplessly romantic at times, he wished for a better world, even when he wasn't optimistic how they would be, except to connect and to understand with those that needs it the most.
FIRST MEETING Seunghyub remembered clearly of his best friend, and brother-like figure, Sugeun and his younger sister, Suhyo. He remembered quietly of how the siblings' parents had taken him under their care from the orphanage. That's when he met both of them. He also remembered the days he could still see both of them, tuning his own guitar and hearing the girl singing... he had an odd touch to his heart.
THEIR STORY Growing up with the siblings, Seunghyub remembered, much to his own dismay, of the days Sugeun got bullied, and how the family had fallen apart, and how younger Suhyo had looked at him with exasperation; he knew of her being young and not understanding of the situation, but he had wished they both wouldn't be such strangers. He continues to play his guitar, at the sole consolation between the unfriendly environment he had to see at all. In 2008 however, he had witnessed the fire itself, before looming over a complete darkness for the rest of the present day.

Nowadays, Seunghyub had lived with Sugeun and Suhyo's mother, their father not known after the fallout between the family. Other than basic necessities, Seunghyub was able to live normally; his guitar skills was undoubtable, and nowadays he still continued playing around Hongdae Park to gain some cash; but not only that, he wanted to contiue his passion for music, even when major record labels wouldn't hire him out. One spring in March, though...

Suhyo had walked around and noticed Seunghyub playing his guitar in a cafe, and listened to his singing, before realizing the melody as something she had heard of her own past. She had decidedly tried to approach him, but when she almost opened , a quick grunt from the girl completely snapped him off his strumming. The voice had resonated in his ears, that of a familiar child. He knew years ago. Trying not to cause a scene though, Suhyo disappeared from the crowds.

But in one more occasion, in another cafe, where she would usually take a good peek of Seunghyub playing, he caught her off-guard, and Suhyo saw how his gaze had been completely empty; he couldn't recognize her, she had hoped. What started as a quick chat, Seunghyub knew the girl, 'Solbi' was Suhyo. He knew she hid the dangerous reality behind him, and all the worries, and her doubts through what she had heaved upon; so little, but he knew her even more than herself, ironically. They remained what was supposedly acquaintances, with him acknowledging her as some friend and her remaining oblivious to the truth. But even then, when she realized she had grown attached to his music, she didn't realize the times they talked out, that the times she spend on him, the smallest moments... she needs them.
STATUS Somewhat acquaintances?
ENDING Seunghyub is nowhere near aware of what Harley.XX except that it was some lowbrow gossips, but when Suhyo decidedly left Seunghyub when she realized he was attached to him, he reveals the truth to her, and when they both bid their farewells, Soul would plan her own escape so to see her own family?

COMMENTS this is kind of more sibling-centric than love interest-centric? idk man. I mean I keep on seeing them as some really cute brother and sister relationships... but frack what do I know. Anyways, the ending is up to you, the scene I wrote at the ending didn't seem to be an... ending.
SUGGESTS/REQUESTS For songs: Angel Beats songs sounds nice for really somber moments. My Song, God Bless You. Also, Rising Hope from Irregular at High School seems... interesting.
( :: Heart-to-Heart Scene :: ) Maybe she met her mother when they finally escaped (?) or Seunghyub set both of them up to meet, only for the mother to almost break down to see her own daughter.
( :: Harley? :: ) Soul wondering why Harley was named Harley, but decidely shrugged it off when Shii Yan wondered of her staring at the distance.
