BACKGROUND: EunMi was born and raised in Seattle. It has Korean mother and American father and a younger sister. Having spent much of her life in the United States has great influence on western her ways, being and thinking. Never was an excellent student in school but it was not bad, it was average, she sought to keep a low profile at school for fear of suffering any kind of discrimination by ethnicity. She had few friends but good friends.

Early grid has aptitude for music because her father owning a record company and her mother was a piano teacher. Always had the support of their parents for anything she wanted to do, have a great relationship with her American family but don't know much about the Korean except the language. On her 17th birthday her mother told her about the auditions of a Korean entertainment company and how this would be a great way to approach it is its eastern roots and still continue dedicating the song and so began her adventures in a country so far unknown to her. In her first year in Korea she suffered a lot to adapt to Korean customs and thoughts, creating several strange and muddled situations.

She could not relate well with other trainees because often their actions were considered rude. This year she focused all her attention to her training and thus managed to stand out as a trainee and still participate in some productions as an assistant, she activated the envy of some and the admiration of others who sought to approach and so finally got some friends. In the face of all obstacles and darkness EunMi sought to stand firm and true to herself and so in the end managed to reach the light.
