Hey guys!

I wanted to take the time to write something since I feel like I owe ya'll an explanation for not updating my fics very well this year ... believe me, I have no intent to drop a story I've started, although often times I am tempted to, especially when life gets busy.

Although it's the summer, I haven't been any less busy; if anything, I am more busy now than I was in the school year, or at the very least, busy in a different type of way. I work 8-5 every day and have a 4 hour class once a week. When I'm not at work, doing homework, or sitting in class, I'm preparing for the upcoming semester as the president of my sorority - on top of that, I'm graduating this semester, and so often times my days go from 8am - 11pm every day, with my only break being my one hour lunch.

In addition to that I recently started talking to a boy, which is one of the main reasons I am posting this, because I know ya'll love stories, haha. Let me give you some background on this boy. I liked him way back in my freshman year but he didn't like me. Then, in my junior year, he liked me but I had absolutely no interest in him. We are finally on the same page, now. (Fun fact, Lange from Cupid's Match is loosely based off of him.)

Anyway, he was over at my apartment last night until 2am. Somehow we found ourselves laying on the couch together. My hand was on his chest, his arm was around me. The past hour he had let his fingers roam my arm or play with my hair. Mind you, I've never done this with a boy before. Never had a boyfriend, never held hands with one, much less lay on a couch with one with my head on his chest and his arm around my waist.

The moment the movie ended, he kissed me. And ya'll, it felt like it was five minutes long. We literally did not stop. I had no idea what I was doing. This is embarrassing to admit, but I was probably super sloppy the first two minutes, and then I did what I had seen people do in the movies. And I guess it worked? lol, because he kissed me harder.

Anyway, all that to say that I've been busy and on top of being busy I have a potential boyfriend in the works, haha, but I promise that as soon as this sorority stuff dies down and my job doesn't burn the crap out of me, I'm going to update my fics. I love ya'll and thanks so much for being patient with me. You're the whole reason I'm still here, writing, doing this.
