APPEARANCE » Standing in 185cm tall and 68kg, he got it a lot that he should be a model instead of sticking his face in front of computer. But nevermind. He was rather muscular than skinny. Joonyoung's expression was mostly blank and unreadable, but the tone he used to speak always said it all. He often gave everyone small smile when he thought something is amusing. He once pierced his ears, but getting itchy so he removed it again after few months. The hole is still visible you look at him up close. He knows that he is gifted with good-looking face and often use it as his advantage. Bieng a computer addict, his eyes are not on its prima condition. As he grew up, there is an important law yet tradition of the family that he learnt. If you were a first son, you got the power of being the heir but got your entire life mapped up by your parents. If you were the second son or a daughter, you got to choose what path do you want to follow, but you would not even smell the taste of being a leader. Which landed him on the second one. He grew up with computer and soft-ware surrounding him, so it was not strange that he grew some interests toward computer--and apprantely, be a genius in that field. He was mastering simple programming and even made his own game-program at a very young age. Even so, his parents did not find it amusing, they kind of expected him do to well in business and management like his brother, even though they did not get to control him. He often get compared with his brother since kid, which why he grew some sense of perfectionist, yet sometimes undervalue himself and also some hatred toward his brother. Being the second son meant you did not really get full attention from your parents, because all they wanted was for the first son to be a perfect one--nevermind with the second son.

In school, he was known as a genius and brilliant student in terms of programming, in which sometimes he used that fact that he was a genius to hacking and getting in to other students' datas--but no harm taken, he was just curious. He made some cash(es) from his fellow students by creating soft-ware, let it be games, or tracking software. He also often getting in to other's data due to request. But never did he get in to teacher's data. In the middle of his graduate program, his fame as the brilliant and genius kept on standing out. Especially after he invented a software called Poseidon, that can track someone's location based on simple thing--even though it is limted just in KAIST range only. And it interested the National Intelligence Service, NIS, as they came to KAIST and talked to him in personal. Joonyoung was hestitant, because being a son of the rich, his family was most-likely getting in problem with government sooner or later and he did not want to be dragged in. But after some talk, Joonyoung agreed to join to NIS. At first, the chief wanted him to be out now and trained as soon as possible as someone like him was desperately needed--well, not desperately, but just a small number of people were trained in the field--but Joonyoung refused. He asked for a year to complete his magister, and the chief gave him so. So as soon as he graduated at the age of 24, NIS was his only place he headed for job.

How long have you been an agent » 1.5 years.
How did you become one of NIS agent »
He was scouted by NIS during his magister program in KAIST due to his outstanding ability in getting in to someone's data and because his software 'POSEIDON' that was a trend in the university. But he actually just started his days in NIS a year after that, when he is 24. Many people in the service doubted the chief's choice since Joonyoung just seemed like some computer-addict boy who happened to be genius and have the background. Thus, the chief decided to train him for some moments, and also giving him time to upgrade Poseidon into Athena, an operating system that designed specially for NIS. First time he was put up in a mission is when the hacker for a team was killed during a mission in Jeju Island, around six months after he start to train. And Joonyong managed to prove everyone that he was a genius, indeed, by breaking in to a secret data of the target without any trace and just in matter of minutes---when the previous hacker could not do it in a night. He was placed in the team after that. His team was constantly changing, depends on which team needs someone to hack the system.
Ideal Type »
Joonyoung prefers older woman, no doubt in that, his limitation is around 3 years. But he thinks that it is not impossible for him to like the younger one. He wants his girl to be independent, yet fully depends on him. The woman should be able to balance his nonsense-ness and tame him completely. One thing, Joonyoung doesn't want his woman to be one who involved in computer, moreover programming. He finds it scary, because he is a man behind a computer and he knows what can possibly happen---he said that woman without any hacking and programming skill can track her man better than agent, let alone if she got facilitated. It is not like he will cheat or what, but he thinks that trust is the most important and it is hard to build trust that way. He likes woman with strong outer appearance, not too girly or too aegyo-ish because he hates aegyo. He doesn't want a woman who play hard to get, he wants a woman who can make him lost of words and become a fool--and he won't get bored to flirt with her. Joonyoung is a big flirt, so it is not surprising if he often end up having one-sided crush since the girl don't take him seriously. He was scouted by NIS during his magister program in KAIST due to his outstanding ability in getting in to someone's data and because his software 'POSEIDON' that was a trend in the university. But he actually just started his days in NIS a year after that, when he is 24. Many people in the service doubted the chief's choice since Joonyoung just seemed like some computer-addict boy who happened to be genius and have the background. Thus, the chief decided to train him for some moments, and also giving him time to upgrade Poseidon into Athena, an operating system that designed specially for NIS. First time he was put up in a mission is when the hacker for a team was killed during a mission in Jeju Island, around six months after he start to train. And Joonyong managed to prove everyone that he was a genius, indeed, by breaking in to a secret data of the target without any trace and just in matter of minutes---when the previous hacker could not do it in a night. He was placed in the team after that. His team was constantly changing, depends on which team needs someone to hack the system.

Joonyoung prefers older woman, no doubt in that, his limitation is around 3 years. But he thinks that it is not impossible for him to like the younger one. He wants his girl to be independent, yet fully depends on him. The woman should be able to balance his nonsense-ness and tame him completely. One thing, Joonyoung doesn't want his woman to be one who involved in computer, moreover programming. He finds it scary, because he is a man behind a computer and he knows what can possibly happen---he said that woman without any hacking and programming skill can track her man better than agent, let alone if she got facilitated. Joonyoung is a big flirt, so it is not surprising if he often end up having one-sided crush since the girl don't take him seriously. But once he got someone on his grip, it is mostly likely that they will have a war-care relationship. They will be a couple that will constantly bickering, yet caring with each other.
