HELLO EVERYONE! 
it hasn't been very good for our rp lately right? we have faced loss of members (old
and new), not getting new members, people hogging their chara slot (tweeting once
a day, not making an effort to interact ), getting a bad name from the dramas (which i am a part of) and also no one listened to the admins anymore or even remember
the rules heh..
the admins had reached agreement that the rp needs changes, major changes this time.
we had conducted a few experiments, especially with games and plots, events.
so what I'm saying is... we will move our base account and start over as a different
kind of roleplay agency.
if you are not happy with the new rp changes, feel free to leave and change
your username.

1. we'll be a semi-literate roleplay.
- some of you may not be happy with this change but it's  the admins' final decision.
we had tested plotting games on others and most of them had been positive. 
- you don't have to be literate all the time, you can joke around and be illiterate but
you have to adjust if the base starts a plotting game.
2. we're turning off our subscribers-only access!
-  good news for newbies??
3. we will drop the "block inactives after 3 days" rule.
- it was too harsh welps.
4. rules check will be extended from 24 hours to 36 hours.
- as requested by bing, we're giving the newcomers more time (and chance) 
5. tl time / interactions in general.
- we will still have tl time! we realised that everyone always lurk during this time. even though most of you are friends with the admins, at least respect and follow the rules that we made. we have tried to make everyone as comfortable as possible. we gave out effort and time to make everyone get along, less whining, more talking to others.
- bc of the chara hogging (those who tweet once a day and disappear after saying hi or whatever it is), we will now issue a warning. if you receive 2 warnings, you will be kicked out and even blacklisted.
- new tl time according to kst timezone! please remember, screenshot if you can.

6. new base account, rules + hidden rules!

please CLEAR your followings and only follow the new base's followings.
