Dear Lord
SO i just had a piano recital and lmaooooo...
Let me just tell you i played 'Variations, "Ah, vous dirai-je, Maman"' by Mozart. There are total of 12 variations.
So it started out ok, and then here comes the 6th variation and i suddenly forget the ending for the right hand. So since the melody is in the left hand anyway i just finished it off with only my left hand. And then it goes well and then 8th variation i just straight up forgot the ending. So i had to do ghe variation from the beginning and my brain decides now is the perfect time to remember it. Why not the first time huh brain? After that i cant say things went well but better than 8th variation.
If you're wondering, no, i wasn't embarrassed. I was more amused at myself. I thought of it as a game. Like, 'what will i do next to fix this ty problem?' I tried hard not to laugh while performing. So yeah my performance was basically . But hey, who cares, im a clarinet major not a piano major. Buzz off piano! Although i AM gonna end up double majoring...
THAT
