BACKGROUND + Everyone knew the romance of Robin and Starfire of the Teen Titans. They have had feelings for each other for a long while and only until they had their mission in Japan they actually admitted their feelings for each other, and happily ever after. They began to date, later got married, and then they finally had a kid. Because Starfire was a Tamaran princess her father disaproved of their marriage as she was supposed to marry a prince of another planet. But because Starfire had a younger brother, Wildfire, the king was more lenient as he was going to be the crowned king as it was better that way as Starfire spent too much time on Earth. Though Starfire still went to Tamaran to fufill her duties as princess.

After a few years after their marriage Robin and Starfire had Dominic. They were ecstatic about their child so was the rest of Teen Titans and even Batman knew the news. Each memeber took care of Dominic as their own and played with him whenever they had the time. As he grew older he accumulated into the lifes of everyone. Even though they still went on missions at least one member would take care of Dominic or whenever everyone had to be present the Tower took care of them. Yes, the Titan Tower. Robin and Cyborg programmed a hardware where the technology of the tower would also sense the movements of Dominic and take care of him just as a babysitter would. It was the best kind of childcare but it was enough for all of them to go on missions while not having to worry on him 24/7. 

Whenever Dominic turned 6-7 that was when Robin and the rest of the team began to teach him how to use his abilities. Because he was half Tamaran he still had the abilities of one, but he could not heal as fast as one as he was half human. Starfire, Raven, and Beast boy were in charge of his abilities while Robin and Cyborg taught him combat and how to work with technology. He never went to regular school as his learning was mostly training so he won't go berserk with his abilities. Plus he never had the opportunity to go outside the Tower as a child so they believed it was best that he stayed inside. The team agreed to it because the Tower was equiped with everything a person needs to survive in the real world without actually going outside the real world. So most of Dominics learning of the outside world was through TV dramas and reality shows. 

Whenever Dominic turned 16 he became an expert in all sorts of hand to hand combat, acrobats, engineering weapons, and is able to control his abilities perfectly. The only thing he doesn't know is how to use it to fight justice like his parents. They agreed to bring him along in missions after that and he fought a long side his parents eversince. Though he never got a chance to actually use his abilities. Whenever he got the chance to fight the bad guy he would freeze up and the other teammate would have to go in and save him. Everytime he would be put on the spot he never has the chance to use his skills as he freezes before he gets the chance. His parents noticed that so they decided to keep him inside the tower before he would hurt himself again. Dominic was devastated as he couldn't even bring himself to even hit them once. After that Dominic trained and trained until he could prove himself again.

It was months after until Robin had agreed for him to go back and try to fight again, this time Dominic held nothing back. Once he found his opponent he became a fighting machine and couldn't stop. It was almost as if he was hypnotized into defeating his opponent. The team was surprised seeing him in this kind of state but they began to notice that he wasn't stopping anytime soon. He kept on hit him all out and he didn't even stop when he was unconscious. They had to pull him off his unconsious body before he would stop hitting him. The police arrived and obtained the body and had to take him to the hospital because he was broken almost everywhere. Because of how he was in battle Robin and Starfire tried to look for places that would train Dominic to become a hero who would be ready to fend for himself. They felt as though their ways weren't working as well as it should so they finally found out about Superhero academy. They told Dominic about it and he was very reluctant because he wasn't social and he has never talked to anybody but Teen Titans and Batman. But after a few weeks his parents convinced him to join so that he can become a successfu superhero who can save lives.
 
POWER(S)/WEAPON(S) +Since Dominic is the son of Starfire and Robin he has both the powers of a Tamran and the combat skills of Robin. He learned from Robin how to use a collapsible bo staff and nunchucks which were his weapon of choice. He excells in melee weapons that he can use hands on. He is used to being close-range to his opponent but when he has them at hand he would use explosive disc/boomerang that his father taught him to use. But he rarely uses them because he would need to build them himself with equipment that he cannot always be open too. He obtained the powers of Starbolt fire in the color green from his mother. He can do only a starbolt shield, beams and eyebeams. But because he is half human he can only fly for a short period of time. He has been training to elongate the time but all he can do right now is 30 minutes tops. It also takes a large toll off his body. 
 

ABILITIES +Dominic grew up training so his hand-to-hand combat is impecable. Though his weakness is when his opponent is farther from him. Of course he could use his mothers powers but he needs to concentrate; he cannot concentrate unless his mind is clear. He has a problem of making his mind clear fast enough for his powers to work in battle. Plus he needs a lot of energy for that. The days he trained with Beast Boy he trained Acrobats that allow him to be able to jump and move balanced in far distances. Then when he worked with Cyborg he was able to work on his mechanic/engineering for his weapons. Though he can only produce weapons if he has the equipment to do so. But he is your guy when you want your computer fixed. His only real weakness is Metallic Chronium  which he is allergic too. If near it, it hinders with all his powers and he can't focus or might faint. And his best and most useful ability Dominic holds is the ability to Kiss anybody and learn their language. Whenever he hears another language being said he usually kisses that person no matter what gender, though he prefers to do it on females.

PERSONALITY + Ambitious/Devoted : Dominic will not fall and stay down. He will get up no matter what; even when he has no one for support. He trained by himself for a large amount of his life and he knows when he can stop, but he never does. He pushes until someone will have to stop him physically. Because he always pushes himself to the limit he does it for everything. From studying to finishing that chores. He finishes everything to the end because he cannot stop doing what he is doing until he meets his goal. His goal ultimately is to make himself better so everything he does has somewhat a beneficial meaning to it. He does that for everyone as well. Whenever someone thinks of giving up he would push them to go back and achieve their goal or dream. He is the anti-quitter kind of person. 

Observant : Because Dominic never got the chance to go out and socialize with people much he learned from watching them from the Titan Tower. He would in his free time watch the people socialize outside the window of the Tower. It was the only way he knew how people lived their lives in the outside world. He also learns very quickly so when he watches other he learns their everyday pattern that they do everyday. He always sees the same people and the same places and never said a word to them but know almost everything about them. This comes useful during battle as he can watch his opponents moves and counter them quickly finding his/her weakness easily. That is usually his tactic is to defend first to learn than attack (unless he goes beserk)

Indecisive/Submissive : Though Dominic is book-smart he doesn't know what to do on the streets whatsoever. If you consider watching movies to learn then maybe he does know a thing or two. But since he never experienced certain things that makes him a normal person on Earth. That is why he has trouble choosing what to do in situations sometimes because he usually has the Teen Titans choose for him instead of using his own brain. He can't even choose what he should wear outside or what move he should use to counter an upcoming attack. His brain is like a computer and he processes many different outcomes and he wants to choose the perfect one before he can mess himself up in an almost life or death situation.

Awkward : Dominic has 0 social skills. He has trouble in communicating with a normal person. The only conversations he usually has with the team is about his training. Even though the others have normal lives outside the mission, live saving, lives Dominic never really accumulated to it. He is not very flexible about his situations and takes time for him to get used to different things. He grew up with his mothers personality rather than his fathers as he was usually training him each time possible. His mother taught him Tamaran cultures while trying to mix the human culture as well so it kinda blended together for him. So for example, whenever someone tries to make small talk with him he usually ends up talking the whole time rather than letting the other talk as well. He also rethink things in his head, like how to pronounce certain words, may it be the easiest word ever or the hardest. Then he can't remember peoples names either even though he just met you a long while ago.
