SUBJECT: Human Resources Command (HRC) Application

Habbo Name: Loched
First Name (Optional): Nana
Rank: Master Sergeant
AIM Account (Optional but required upon acceptance): [email protected]
Previous MOS experience: So, I'm currently in the United States Army Drill Team and also a Drill Sergeant. I also have a bit of experience with career counseling a long time ago, same with TRADOC works.
Previous MOS experience similar to the duties above: As I said at the question above, I have been in a similar MOS like HRC a long time ago, but I still know how things work. I know what to do, like doing career counseling, AITs of course and many more.
Describe your strengths: I am fairly good in writing, and helping out my fellow soldiers. I am friendly to everyone I see around our HQ, I don't bite. Being in USADT, I improved myself in being able to work in a team. I am also good in listening to others' suggestions/problems and giving them advices.
Describe your weaknesses: Most of the times when I'm around people I don't know, I'll be quiet sitting at the corner. I know that I may have a lot of weaknesses that I might not know myself, but I'm willing to improve them when said. I'll do whatever it takes to better myself.
Previous dishonourable discharges from the Department of Defense: None
Previous demotions within the Department of Defense: None
Do you plan to go on leave anytime soon?: I don't plan on going on a leave anytime soon.
How do you believe you will benefit the Human Resource Command if you are accepted? (100 words minimum):
Well, firstly, I have been in a MOS a long time ago similar to HRC. I'm a very active soldier in our headquarters and the forums. I believe that even when I'm in USADT and DS, I'll be able to finish all of my quota. I love helping out my fellow soldiers. Having been on career counseling with Colonel Claudia, I hope to do that as well and help sort out our soldiers into a MOS they'd fit in. I also check the PTS on a very regular basis. I'd like to help out in pinpointing who has deserted and seeing that everything is in order. I probably still have a lot more new things to learn in Human Resource Command, and hopefully I'd get to do that when I get accepted.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
I know that there are a lot of soldiers who would want to be part of HRC. They're probably more experienced than I am, to be honest. Even though that's a fact, I'm still willing to do my best, and take a shot at applying because who knows? Better be rejected and tried than not going for it at all. I'll work my off if I get accepted. Anyways, thank you for your time in reading my application and considering it.

On a side note, my CO Vicky has approved of me joining another MOS and hopefully if I do get accepted, will be allowed to as well. c: Thanks!
