how to gain weight?

the title says it all.. anyway guise, I need to gain more weight like 2-3 kilos in one week.. ik that I need to eat more than ten times a day and something like thay.. blablabla.. trust me i oredy try all of it.. but i gain like 1 kilo a week and running out of time now.. maybe u all hv suggestion? jebaaal

Sorry this is late but eating icecream, donuts, things with butter and oil helps gain weight fast. You can binge-watch on Netflix or Dramafever instead of going out to run. Hoped this helped

We're on the same boat, my friend *pats your back* I'm 162cm with a weight of 40kg *crais* I can never gain weight.. so I can't help you much but at least you know you're not alone! *nods my head firmly*

Omg we are in same boat !!! I tried to gain my weight too.. i tried eat a lot but then i only gained 1kg.. i tried so many way but then still the same.. one thing for sure just don't stress urself.. stress one of the reason hard to gain weight :)

Is there a reason why you need to gain so much so quickly if you don't mind my asking? If it is what I think it is I'd love to chat with you and share some advice ^^ otherwise from experience the only thing I've seen my older bro able to do pre-weighing for sporting events etc is, as you said, eating a lot of protein, and right before his coach weighed him he would drink a lot of water to increase his water weight. Please be healthy and don't do anything unnecessary to harm your body! You're perfect the way you are!
