I can't do with my laptop, it's lagging so much, I can't even properly type let alone photoshop

I'm on a request + a new background for my phone (sorry Bambam ♥) and it's lagging so hard, I wanna punch a wall, I'm so mad! And my brother could just put his old things on his new laptop and give me his old one, even my mom said so, but he's literally just too lazy and he's gaming so I'm stuck with this stupid laptop until I get my brother's old one (which is very very good if I may say, even my father wants this laptop and give me his, soooooo)
