On May 2, 2015, I went to my very first k-pop concert and saw NU'EST live T w T

I'm very super happy and satisfied because they were perfect and amazing, but I feel like my life has been ruined all over again by them -sigh-

So the day started off great, it was first a k-pop convention before the concert in the evening, so my friend and I just walked around enjoying it, seeing the many other fandoms and cosplays and booths set up selling stuff. (Most were EXO-L's and ARMY's, it wasn't unexpected haha) I was going to cosplay as Kekemato, but because it was NU'EST concert I backed out last minute.

I don't know, in the back of my mind I kind of felt like it would be rude dressing up as one fandom going to NU'EST's concert? I'm not saying it is for those who did cosplay and looked amazing! It's just, myself, you know? Especially because NU'EST debuted in 2012, and kind of worked up slowly to their popularity, but EXO and BTS just spiked up to the top.

Anyway, there were lots of people, but I didn't buy much because I kind of already had most of the albums there being sold ahaha- So I kind of lef the convention for a while. (OMG I kind of wish I stayed at the top where the doors were though, apparently NU'EST walked by there sometime during the day ; ;)

Ahh then twas time for Canadian Dream Stage. This was like a pre-concert to get us all hyped up by seeing other really talented Canadians perform, whether it be singing live, dancing covers, and even both. EAST2WEST and Cherie are my definite favourites (not being biased nope). Cherie was lovely, I never listened to SNSD's Catch Me If You Can yet, but just watching them perform it kind of even looked better than SNSD did hue. EAST2WEST did covers of BTS and AOA, and it was such a coincidence because I was like "I could listen to some BTS or AOA please" and BAM We Are Bulletproof starts blasting out the speakers xD But the thing is, the dancers all dressed up exactly like the members of BTS in We Are Bulletproof and AOA's Miniskirt, with the zipper on the skirt and all, that was amazing.

Alas, time for the NU'EST concert. As I entered, my heart was already pounding and I didn't even reach my seat yet. The staff gave us lightsticks and I was just shaking it out of nervousness. To get NU'EST to come out, we had to scream like crazy, and man was it worth it.

Hearing Minhyun's voice start out Hello was surreal. I swear my heart stopped and then kickstarted all over again. They're exactly as they look on my computer screen, which pretty much means they were perfect. Their vocals as well, wow. They did 3 songs non-stop for their intro, 'Hello', 'Love Without Love' and 'Action'. They sang all the songs perfectly, you could tell because you can hear them breathing in the mic, but they were so clear. When they took a break from performing and started talking, you could hear their heavy breathing like 'HAH, HAH, HAHHHHH', shows how intense their dancing was. 

Omgosh during those first three songs though, JR is my bias, and his positions were mostly on the right side of the stage, and I don't care if I was being delusional because my friend also saw it, he kept looking in our direction TwT Our seats were on the very edge, so we were kind of noticeable, and oaisldfjk my feels exploded.

So of course Aron was the one to talk, speaking English in Toronto and all man he was such a dork, even during Love Without Love TwT. He stood too close to the speakers with his mic and it gave feedback, and he had a o.o face as he moved it away keke, so cute. So he asked us how we were doing, the crowd was crazy, I kind of wanted to hear them talk, but hey, we were pretty damn excited :3 Aron started out saying how great it was that it was their first time in Toronto, they asked if we ate yet, which no we didn't because NU'EST was right after the Canadian Dream Stage which ran a bit late, and he was like, "Oh you didn't? Because of me?? Well now I feel bad, sorry." It's fine Aron, I was filled up on hype ;w; Then he proceeded to talk about how they felt bad that the concert was only 2 hours, they flew 13 hours for a 2 hour show and they only had 2 hours of sleep, aw T T the life of idols... 

The concert went on amazingly, vocals on point, in-sync dances, attractive af- i mean... yeah, they are really damn attractive in person. -shrug-

The end of the concert came, and after Face, we held up our signs that said "Stay strong, like a tiger" and we made Baekho tear up ;w; https://instagram.com/p/2NWIPbSmQ8/?taken-by=torontokpopcon it was for his dad. He said "Wow, thank you so much and I'm sorrying for worrying you all, but as you can see I'm perfectly fine now. I'm very touched you all did this for me" and he was crying, oh my hearteu TwT Tbh it felt great to understand what he was saying as he said it, rather than waiting for the translator, just made me personally feel closer to all of them hue ^^

They finished their last song, but us fans went crazy and cheered, and yelled "ONE MORE SONG" and they gave us an extra 3 songs ^^ At the very, very, VERY end, me and my friend made a giant derpy heart with our arms, and as NU'EST left the stage towards the right, Ren glanced at us and smiled at our derpy heart, he's so adorable ;//w//; (Senpai noticed us hngh)

HI-TOUCH TIMES.
Wow I could not. It was quicker than I would've liked, but I am totally happy with it, just because I touched them hee. As I walked up to... 'touch' them, It was JR, Ren, Baekho, Aron, and then Minhyun from right to left. I was going to call JR a potato from his past show and it just kinda stuck with me,

but then he stared RIGHT INTO my eyes WITH HIS SUPER DEEP CHEEKBONES AND LINED EYES and I just- //sigh. I died. I just said thank you to all of them, because I just couldn't think straight after JR, that damn . 
But Ren was next, and he was so adorable T T, he leaned really close to my face though oaisldkfsd I dedded again, but 'cause of cuteness. He gave me a small hand heart too, probably remembering that derp heart of ours haha.
I think he was able to remember me ish, just for that moment because I actually noticed I was the only one who wore metal cat ears, like Jessica's in I Got A Boy, and so I kind of, sort of, stood out? Whatever, point is, senpai noticed me hee.
Baekho, I feel more of a bro feel with him, so I was less nervous and added in a 'Hwaiting' for him after saying 'thank you', and his reaction was adorable ^^ He was like "O-oh! Hwaiting! Thank you!" and -eyesmile- guh so cute.
Aron and Minhyun seemed a bit 'normal', if you want to call it that haha, I didn't have much interaction with them tbh. I think because Minhyun was always on the other side of the stage and Aron just talked with everyone in English. 

//whispers By the way, they smell really good. I didn't do it first, the people in front of me did, they smelled their hands after hi-fiving them all and left the theatre so NU'EST couldn't hear them and said "OMG THEY SMELL GOOD", so, I sniffed my hands too. Yes, they smell good.

And now I'm in post-concert depression, I can only listen to NU'EST, everything I do reminds me of NU'EST, and I'm getting inspiration to write up my fic with them in it ;w; I thanked them all on their Instagram posts about Toronto, and hoped to meet them again soon :3
