Nicknames for her: Ka (only uses Kayoung when he is being really serious), Bunny - after become a goddess, Joo started calling her sometimes by Bunny because its her goddess resemblance and she also looked like a cute bunny

First Impression: Joo's first impression of Kayoung was that she was a talktive person which resembles his brother and his best friend Minhyuk. Joo doesn't remember her name at first (just like how he is with everyone else) but he soon remembered her name first. Afterward when he sees Kayoung in need of help, he will throw away his lazy side and help her immediately. 

First Date: The first date was after they became gods and goddesses and Joo wanted to cheer Kayoung up because she was upset that she was turned into a goddess. Joo brought Kayoung to the courtyard without telling her anything and sat her down on a chair. He rushed to grab his cello and played couple of her favorite otome games theme songs hoping that it would cheer her up. Throughtout the entire perfomance, Joo stared at Kayoung's face and that was when she sees the boy smile for the first time. Afterward he taught her the cello which made her notice how cheerful he is while talking about music and the cello which attracted her as she saw a person who is focused on something he loves (a hard-working man is attractive I guess XD). Aferward they went off for a walk around the shrine and during the walk, Kayoung would talk to him about her life before she became a goddess and also about her crazy friends Jinah and Minho. Whe Kayoung talked about Minho, Joo became a little bit jealous because Minho and Kayoung's relationship is something he will never have due to his quiet nature. Kayoung asked Joo about his life and all he said was about his brother who he respects deeply and his two best friends who suggested him to go the shrine. Since they had to get back to work, the two seperated but from time to time they would go on the walk again and when others asked what they're doing together they simply say "healing walk" because it s a walk and the first time it was to cheer up Kayoung.

First Kiss: Joo and Kayoung went away on one of their 'healing walk" again but this time, Joo was thinking that distracted him alomst the entire time. Joo knows he wants to become someone special to Kayoug but he just couldn't fingure out if she likes him back or not. Even though he already ask Jaesung and Cirino about the matter, they still left him hanging with no answer. Cirino said that he could tell Kayoung liking him from the way she looked at him but Jaesung comes in saying that if he does confess and get rejected, then he and Kayoung will never be able to treat each other the same anymore. Joo was ver nervous so he begged the two of them to help him gain information. Cirino said yes while Jaesung wanted soemthing in return and Joo promised to talk his shift at the shop one day so he could do whatever he wants and the deal was settled. Cirino went off asking Miyeong and Lina but the girls said nothing and just laughed saying they can't reveal any private information to outsiders(guys). After Cirino failed to get soemthing out of the girls, Jaesung went ahead and evesdropped on the two girls when they were in the washroom(against the rule) and heard them talking about Joo and Kayoung. With a giant smirk on his face he left and return to the boy's dorm before he got in any trouble. On the other hand, while Cirino and Jaesung was away, Joo played the cello trying to calm himself down but he just couldn't concentrate at all. When Cirino came back, Joo stared at him for a answer but all Cirino gave Joo was a little sad head shake. Soon after Cirino came back, Jaesung followed and came in from the windows. He didn't say anything and went up to Joo and grabbed his shoulders and nodded to him and said 'good luck." That simple phrase made Joo more nervous and the situation worsened when he recieved an text from Kayoung asking him if they can go on a healing walk right now. Joo said yes and gulped before he left the room meeting up with Kayoung. When he arrived, Joo felt more relaxed as he saw the evr cheerful Kayoung. They begin to walk down the usual paths and talked about each other's day. However, Joo was too nervous to think about anything and was distracted. He started furrowing his eyebrows which was a sign that he was over-thinking and Kayoung said if they should sit down for a while which they did. However, Joo suddenly fell asleep because his brain was over-heated and during his sleep he heard a faint "I love you.' which was the reason why he woke up. He opened his eyes and saw Kayoung above him as he was sleeping on her lap. He quickly sat up and bluntly asked Kayoung if she said anything during the entire time he was asleep and Kayoung quickly siad no and suggested them to go back before the night fall. Joo got up but stayed in the same place when Kayoung started making her way back to the shrine. Joo bluntly said "I love you too" and waited for Kayoung to turn around however Kayoung was too embrassed to turn around and started playing with her clothes. Once again Joo said "I love you" and this time Kayoung replied by saying "I heard you stupid..." and after a few second she added "I love you too" in a whisper tone which Joo is still able to hear. Joo smiled and went up to Kayoung and gave her a back-hug. Joo turned Kayoung around and smiled after seeing her face all blushed. He pecked her gentle on the lips and said "thank you" after bring her into a embrace again.

Skinship: Yes, hugs are the most common one and he does it to show that Kayoung belongs to him when other males are around that doesn't know about their relationship. Holding hands (inter locking), when they are outside and he just simple want to hold her hand because it comforts him.

Rival: Minho

Why: Since Minho is a close friend of Kayoung, Joo would get jealous if he is too close to Kayoung or even touching her. 

Secne Requests: Meeting with the family - Joo's brother teasing his younger brother and showing Kayoung younger picture of Joo which looks the exact same as now and asking her to take care of his brother and such. Friend time - Kayoung meeting the legendary Minhyuk and Daegeum and Minyuk also teased Joo while Daegeum ask Kayoung to take care of their clueless friend which remind Kayoun of Joo's brother and how his friends are just a combination of Joo's brother (Minhyuk + Daegeum = Kangjoo)
